【摘要】：楊杰,中國(guó)近代著名的軍事理論家、革命家、外交家和愛國(guó)志士,也是中國(guó)近代資產(chǎn)階級(jí)國(guó)防理論的代表人物。他上承中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)兵學(xué),積極吸收國(guó)外軍事理論成果,緊密結(jié)合時(shí)代和國(guó)情,經(jīng)過一生的軍事實(shí)踐與理論研究,逐漸產(chǎn)生并形成了頗具中國(guó)特色的國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略思想。他的國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略思想,基本上涵蓋了國(guó)防建設(shè)的所有內(nèi)容,主要體現(xiàn)在全體性國(guó)防思想、人民國(guó)防思想、國(guó)防建設(shè)重點(diǎn)選擇等方面,對(duì)中國(guó)近現(xiàn)代國(guó)防理論和國(guó)防建設(shè)實(shí)踐產(chǎn)生了極為重要的影響。本文力求通過全面地梳理?xiàng)罱車?guó)防戰(zhàn)略思想的歷史與現(xiàn)狀,系統(tǒng)地研究楊杰國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略思想的主要內(nèi)容,以科學(xué)地評(píng)析楊杰國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略思想的歷史地位和作用,并為當(dāng)代中國(guó)如何加強(qiáng)國(guó)防和軍隊(duì)建設(shè)得出某些有益的歷史啟示。研究楊杰國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略思想,一方面有助于深化對(duì)楊杰軍事思想和中國(guó)近現(xiàn)代軍事思想史的研究,另一方面也有助于探索在軍事變革與轉(zhuǎn)型的歷史時(shí)期,如何正確地運(yùn)用軍事思想與理論指導(dǎo)國(guó)防與軍事實(shí)踐,進(jìn)而更好地把握國(guó)防與軍事建設(shè)的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:Yang Jie, a famous military theorist, revolutionist, diplomat and patriot in modern China, is also a representative of modern Chinese bourgeois national defense theory. He inherited the Chinese traditional military theory, absorbed the foreign military theory achievements actively, closely combined with the times and the national conditions, after a lifetime of military practice and theoretical research, gradually produced and formed the national defense strategic thought with Chinese characteristics. His strategic thinking on national defense basically covers all aspects of national defense construction. It is mainly reflected in the overall national defense thinking, the people's national defense thinking, and the choice of key points in national defense construction. It has had an extremely important influence on the theory and practice of national defense construction in modern China. This paper tries to analyze the history and present situation of Yang Jie's national defense strategy thought, systematically study the main content of Yang Jie's national defense strategy thought, and evaluate scientifically the historical position and function of Yang Jie's national defense strategy thought. And for contemporary China how to strengthen national defense and military construction to draw some beneficial historical enlightenment. On the one hand, the study of Yang Jie's national defense strategy will help to deepen the study of Yang Jie's military thoughts and the history of China's modern military thoughts, on the other hand, it will also help to explore the historical period of military reform and transformation. How to correctly use military thought and theory to guide national defense and military practice, and then better grasp the characteristics and laws of national defense and military construction.
