【摘要】：民以食為天，農(nóng)業(yè)關(guān)乎人類(lèi)的生存與發(fā)展，這個(gè)世界的資源是有限的，而人類(lèi)的生存與發(fā)展是無(wú)限的，要想用有限的資源滿(mǎn)足人類(lèi)無(wú)限的綿延，一方面需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造出更多的資源，另一方面也需要尋找出更合理的方式去配置資源，因此，只要地球還在旋轉(zhuǎn)，對(duì)于農(nóng)業(yè)研究的腳步就不能停止。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在建國(guó)初期領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)，不僅在實(shí)踐上把中華民族帶上了一條通過(guò)社會(huì)主義實(shí)現(xiàn)偉大復(fù)興的道路，而且在理論上繼承和發(fā)展了馬克思列寧主義關(guān)于通過(guò)農(nóng)業(yè)合作化進(jìn)行社會(huì)主義改造以實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)資料由私有到公有轉(zhuǎn)變的理論。本文以牡丹江地區(qū)作為主要研究對(duì)象，以一個(gè)地區(qū)為中心，既可以保持案例敘述的完整性，突出地方農(nóng)業(yè)合作化的特點(diǎn)，又可以通過(guò)微觀分析作為突破點(diǎn)，進(jìn)一步地挖掘其背后深刻的體制因素，從而透視整個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)。第一章主要內(nèi)容是合作社的誕生與發(fā)展，世界其他國(guó)家尤其是蘇聯(lián)等社會(huì)主義國(guó)家合作社的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)合作社的構(gòu)想和實(shí)踐；第二章主要內(nèi)容是土改后的牡丹江農(nóng)村政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事上的變化和生產(chǎn)中面臨的困難為組織變工搭具提供了背景和條件，互助組的組建過(guò)程，它的特點(diǎn)和存在的問(wèn)題，由臨時(shí)搭具、季節(jié)組到常年組的發(fā)展，互助組的鞏固擴(kuò)大和提高；第三章主要內(nèi)容是初級(jí)社的建立、它的分配原則、經(jīng)營(yíng)方式和相關(guān)規(guī)定，初級(jí)社逐級(jí)試辦、分批發(fā)展的過(guò)程，初級(jí)社存在的問(wèn)題、整頓與加快發(fā)展的情況；第四章主要介紹高級(jí)社的興起，高級(jí)社的組織管理章程，高級(jí)社的發(fā)展高潮，高級(jí)社出現(xiàn)的新問(wèn)題與整頓，以及農(nóng)村社會(huì)主義大辯論；第五章主要介紹農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)的影響，，土地關(guān)系的變遷，鄉(xiāng)村管理制度的建立，工與農(nóng)、城與鄉(xiāng)的新關(guān)系。最后總結(jié)牡丹江地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)以及帶來(lái)的啟示。因此，重新審視建國(guó)初期牡丹江地區(qū)的農(nóng)業(yè)合作化運(yùn)動(dòng)，有利于更好地引導(dǎo)新時(shí)期新型農(nóng)業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展，有利于地調(diào)整和制定農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)、發(fā)展道路、發(fā)展方向，有利于豐富和發(fā)展馬列主義關(guān)于農(nóng)業(yè)合作社的理論。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is related to the survival and development of mankind. The resources of this world are limited, and the survival and development of human beings are unlimited. If we want to use the limited resources to satisfy the infinite extension of mankind, on the one hand, we need to create more resources. On the other hand, there is a need to find more rational ways to allocate resources, so as long as the earth continues to spin, the pace of agricultural research cannot be stopped. The agricultural cooperative movement led by the Communist Party of China in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China not only put the Chinese nation on a path of great rejuvenation through socialism in practice, Moreover, it inherits and develops Marxism-Leninism 's theory of socialist transformation through agricultural cooperation in order to realize the transformation of means of production from private to public. Taking Mudanjiang area as the main research object and a region as the center, this paper can not only maintain the integrity of the case narration, highlight the characteristics of the local agricultural cooperation, but also take microanalysis as the breakthrough point. Further excavate its behind the profound system factor, thus perspective the whole agricultural cooperative transformation movement. The first chapter is mainly about the birth and development of cooperatives, the characteristics and experiences of cooperatives in other countries in the world, especially in the Soviet Union, and the conception and practice of the Communist Party of China on cooperatives. The second chapter mainly focuses on the changes in the political, economic and military aspects of the Mudanjiang rural areas after the land reform, and the difficulties in production, which provide the background and conditions for the organization of the changing construction equipment, the forming process of the mutual aid groups, its characteristics and existing problems. The development from temporary, seasonal to perennial groups, and the consolidation, expansion and improvement of mutual aid groups; the third chapter mainly deals with the establishment of primary cooperatives, its distribution principles, business methods and relevant provisions, and the process of pilot and batch development of primary cooperatives. The problems existing in the primary co-operatives, the situation of rectifying and speeding up their development; chapter IV mainly introduces the rise of the senior co-operatives, the articles of organization and management of the senior co-operatives, the climax of the development of the senior co-operatives, and the new problems and rectifications that have arisen in the high-level co-operatives. The fifth chapter mainly introduces the influence of agricultural cooperative movement on rural society, the change of land relationship, the establishment of rural management system, the new relationship between industry and agriculture, and between city and township. Finally, the characteristics of agricultural cooperative movement in Mudanjiang area and its enlightenment are summarized. Therefore, to re-examine the agricultural cooperative movement in Mudanjiang region in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China is conducive to better guiding the development of new agricultural cooperatives in the new era, and to readjusting and formulating agricultural development goals, developing roads, and developing directions. Conducive to enrich and develop Marxism-Leninism on the theory of agricultural cooperatives.
