【摘要】： 抗日戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期,中國共產(chǎn)黨積極倡導(dǎo)、促成、維護(hù)抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線,最大限度地動(dòng)員了全國軍民共同抗戰(zhàn),成為凝聚全民族力量的杰出組織者和鼓舞者。特別是在抗日戰(zhàn)爭初期,中國共產(chǎn)黨為適應(yīng)形勢發(fā)展要求,積極配合軍事行動(dòng),深入開展抗戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員,掀起了全民族的抗戰(zhàn)熱潮,贏得了國際社會(huì)的支持和奪取抗日戰(zhàn)爭的最后勝利�？偨Y(jié)抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期我黨抗戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員工作的主要特點(diǎn)和基本經(jīng)驗(yàn),對未來動(dòng)員群眾參與國家的各項(xiàng)工作具有較強(qiáng)的借鑒作用和一定的指導(dǎo)意義。因?yàn)槟芰τ邢?本文僅就中國共產(chǎn)黨在對桂林抗戰(zhàn)文化運(yùn)動(dòng)中開展的抗戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員工作進(jìn)行研究。 所謂戰(zhàn)爭動(dòng)員,是指國家或政治集團(tuán)由平時(shí)狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)入戰(zhàn)時(shí)狀態(tài),統(tǒng)一調(diào)動(dòng)人力、物力、財(cái)力為戰(zhàn)爭服務(wù)所采取的措施,簡稱動(dòng)員,也有的稱國防動(dòng)員,通常包括武裝力量、國民經(jīng)濟(jì)、科學(xué)技術(shù)、人民防空和政治等幾個(gè)方面的動(dòng)員。中國共產(chǎn)黨在桂林文化城開展的抗戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員是抗日戰(zhàn)爭社會(huì)大的背景下,應(yīng)對抗日戰(zhàn)爭需求,對在桂林的各個(gè)階級各階層的快速動(dòng)員、快速整合。從而加快和加強(qiáng)國民抗戰(zhàn)的自性覺,對提高國民的愛國意識(shí),對奪取抗戰(zhàn)勝利具有重要的歷史意義。 當(dāng)時(shí)活躍在桂林抗戰(zhàn)文化城的中國共產(chǎn)黨人不僅為桂林抗戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員提供了先進(jìn)的思想理論,而且以愛國主義光榮傳統(tǒng)和無私無畏的犧牲精神,高舉抗日救亡旗幟,發(fā)揮了先鋒模范作用,成為桂林抗戰(zhàn)文化資源的融合者。中國共產(chǎn)黨人動(dòng)員、團(tuán)結(jié)各階級、各階層和廣大愛國民主人士,提升了桂林抗戰(zhàn)文化的精神氣象,有力地調(diào)動(dòng)了旅桂文化人的民族責(zé)任感和文化創(chuàng)造激情,使他們積極投身于抗日救亡的洪流中,并以超常的人格精神魅力,凝聚幾千年來愛國主義文化精粹,構(gòu)建以愛國主義為主旋律的抗戰(zhàn)文化運(yùn)動(dòng)。 過去對桂林抗戰(zhàn)文化的研究,經(jīng)過幾十年的發(fā)展,已取得了令人矚目的成就,如《一個(gè)獨(dú)特的歷史現(xiàn)象——桂林文化城》、《桂林抗戰(zhàn)文學(xué)史》、《中國共產(chǎn)黨與桂林抗戰(zhàn)文化》等專著的出版,填補(bǔ)了學(xué)術(shù)上的一些空白。但是過去在學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于桂林抗戰(zhàn)的研究大多數(shù)都對桂林抗戰(zhàn)文化運(yùn)動(dòng)的概述和文化人的研究,但是關(guān)于對中國共產(chǎn)黨抗戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員的研究還是很少見的。所以關(guān)于中國共產(chǎn)黨在桂林抗戰(zhàn)的動(dòng)員工作的研究仍然是一個(gè)較薄弱的環(huán)節(jié)。因此對共產(chǎn)黨在桂林抗戰(zhàn)文化運(yùn)動(dòng)中開展的抗戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員工作進(jìn)行研究非常重要。本文則試圖以一種新的視角審視在桂林抗戰(zhàn)文化運(yùn)動(dòng)中共產(chǎn)黨的抗戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員工作,為桂林抗戰(zhàn)文化運(yùn)動(dòng)的研究做出新的貢獻(xiàn)。 論文包括四個(gè)部分。論文第一部分分析了共產(chǎn)黨為什么要在桂林進(jìn)行抗戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員的背景。包括當(dāng)時(shí)的抗日戰(zhàn)爭形勢。桂林的發(fā)展形勢,桂林的人員結(jié)構(gòu),和我黨的方針政策等:第二部分主要闡述產(chǎn)黨在桂林的組織機(jī)構(gòu),包括人員情況,主要的工作職責(zé)、任務(wù),和后期發(fā)展情況等。第三部分論述了共產(chǎn)黨在桂林文化城開展抗戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員的主要對象,主要包括中國共產(chǎn)黨對新桂系軍閥的抗戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員、中國共產(chǎn)黨對在桂林文化界和知識(shí)分子的抗戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員、中國共產(chǎn)黨對民主黨派的動(dòng)員、中國共產(chǎn)黨對民族工商業(yè)的統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員、中國共產(chǎn)黨對國際人士的抗戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員。第四部分分析了我黨在廣西桂林文化城進(jìn)行抗戰(zhàn)動(dòng)員的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和啟示,分析了動(dòng)員的策略,動(dòng)員的方法,動(dòng)員的成效,以及對今后的動(dòng)員啟示。為抗戰(zhàn)的最后勝利做出的貢獻(xiàn)等�？箲�(zhàn)動(dòng)員的勝利和經(jīng)驗(yàn)是今后搞好一切群眾動(dòng)員的一個(gè)啟示,對未來適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展有重要的啟迪。 作者在查閱資料和撰寫論文的過程中,加深了對課題的認(rèn)識(shí)。今后還將拓展研究范圍,廣泛收集資料,加深對資料的理解,在提高自身科研水平的基礎(chǔ)上,繼續(xù)對這一課題進(jìn)行研究。
[Abstract]:During the war of resistance against Japan, the Communist Party of China actively advocated, facilitated, maintained the Anti Japanese national united front, mobilized the national army and the people to the common resistance to the war and became an outstanding organizer and drum dancer of the whole national force. Especially in the early period of the war of resistance against Japan, the Communist Party of China was actively cooperating with military action in order to adapt to the situation and actively cooperate with military action. To mobilize the Anti Japanese War, set off the whole nation's anti war upsurge, win the support of the international community and win the final victory of the war of resistance against Japan. The summary of the main characteristics and basic experience of the Anti Japanese war mobilization work during the war of resistance against Japan has a strong reference and certain guiding significance for the future mobilization of the masses to participate in the work of the country. Limited ability, this article only studies the mobilization work of the Chinese Communist Party in the cultural campaign against Guilin.
The so-called war mobilization refers to the measures taken by the state or political group from the normal state to the wartime state, to mobilize the manpower, material and financial resources for the war service, for short, and also to mobilize the national defense, including the armed forces, the national economy, the science and technology, the civil air defense and the politics. The Anti Japanese War Mobilization in Guilin cultural city is a big social background of the war of resistance against Japan. It is of great historical significance to respond to the needs of the Anti Japanese War and to quickly mobilize and integrate rapidly in all classes and classes of the Guilin. Thus, the self awareness of the national anti Japanese war is accelerated and strengthened, and the national consciousness of patriotism is raised and the victory of the war of resistance is taken.
The Chinese Communists, who were active in the Guilin anti war cultural city at that time, not only provided the advanced ideological theory for the Anti-Japanese War Mobilization of Guilin, but also took the banner of Anti Japanese salvation with the glorious tradition of patriotism and the spirit of selfless and fearless sacrifice, played a vanguard role and became the integration of Guilin's cultural resources of anti war. In the past, after decades of development, the research on the Anti Japanese War Culture of Guilin has made remarkable achievements, such as the publication of a special historical phenomenon, Guilin cultural city, the history of the Anti Japanese War literature of Guilin, the publication of the Chinese Communist Party and the culture of the war of resistance to Japan, which have filled some gaps in the academic field. Most of the research on the Anti Japanese War of Lin is a summary of the cultural movement of the Anti Japanese War and the study of the cultural people, but the research on the mobilization of the Anti Japanese War of the Communist Party of China is still rare. So the study of the mobilization work of the Communist Party of China in the war of resistance to the Guilin is still a weak link. Therefore, the Communist Party's anti war culture in Guilin is made. The research on the mobilization of Anti Japanese war in the movement is very important. This article tries to examine the mobilization of the Communist Party in the Anti Japanese War of Guilin in a new perspective and make a new contribution to the study of the cultural movement of the Anti Japanese War of Guilin.
The thesis consists of four parts. The first part of the paper analyzes the background of the Communist Party's mobilization in the Guilin, including the situation of the war of resistance against Japan, the development situation of Guilin, the structure of Guilin, and the policy of our party, and so on: the second part mainly expounds the organization of the party in the party, including the personnel situation, and the main part. The third part discusses the main object of the Communist Party's mobilization of the war of resistance in Guilin cultural city, including the mobilization of the Chinese Communist Party to the warlords of the new GuiGui department, the anti war mobilization of the Communist Party of China in Guilin culture and the intellectuals, and the mobilization of the Communist Party of China to the democratic parties. The final victory for the war of resistance is the victory. In the process of consulting and writing papers, the author deepened the understanding of the subject. In the future, we will expand the scope of the research, collect the information widely, deepen the understanding of the data, and continue to study the subject on the basis of improving its scientific research level.
