【摘要】：洋務(wù)運動時期八旗兵的整頓是在內(nèi)憂外患的背景下進行的,是晚清經(jīng)制兵近代化的開始,北京神機營等新軍種的組建是中國軍隊從舊式陸軍到新軍轉(zhuǎn)型的一個典型代表。部分駐防旗兵的整頓與東北旗兵的練兵活動,其主要內(nèi)容包括洋槍隊的建立,新式槍炮的使用和部分西式操練的學(xué)習(xí)等,這些軍事改造是中國近代軍事近代化的重要內(nèi)容。這時期清政府對于八旗兵的整頓,雖然存在這樣那樣的問題,但是它具有重大的歷史意義,西方新式武器的引進和采用,說明清初所確定且始終堅持的"國語騎射"不可更改的政策是錯誤的,因為堅持軍事制度改革和軍事武器的不斷更新?lián)Q代是歷史發(fā)展的長期趨勢,是中國走向強國夢想的必經(jīng)之路。
[Abstract]:During the Westernization Movement, the rectification of the eight flag soldiers was carried out under the background of internal and external troubles, and it was the beginning of the modernization of the late Qing Dynasty. The establishment of the new military services such as Beijing Shenji Battalion was a typical representative of the transition of the Chinese army from the old army to the new army. The main contents of the rectification of some garrison soldiers and the training activities of the northeast flag soldiers include the establishment of the foreign gun corps, the use of new guns and the study of some Western-style drills, etc. These military reforms are the important contents of the modern military modernization of China. Although there were some problems in the rectification of the eight flag soldiers by the Qing government in this period, it was of great historical significance, and the introduction and adoption of new western weapons. It is wrong to explain the irrevocable policy of "Guoyu Riding", which was established in the early Qing Dynasty and always adhered to, because it is a long-term trend of historical development to persist in the reform of the military system and the continuous updating of military weapons. It is the only way for China to become a powerful nation.
