【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)勝利后,由于缺乏充分的準(zhǔn)備和應(yīng)對,國民政府對收復(fù)區(qū)的接收和管理,并未及時制定出行之有效的接收制度和專門機(jī)構(gòu),以致收復(fù)區(qū)內(nèi)官員貪腐、物價騰貴的經(jīng)濟(jì)亂象和政治問題叢生。通過對上海市政當(dāng)局"偽中央市場舞弊案"的細(xì)致研究,可以看出"中央清查組"偽產(chǎn)接收經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的失靈,本質(zhì)上是國民政府的政治積弊所致。
[Abstract]:After the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan, due to the lack of adequate preparation and response, the National Government failed to formulate an effective reception system and specialized institutions in time for the reception and management of the recovered areas, resulting in the recovery of corrupt officials in the areas. Expensive economic chaos and political problems abound. Through the careful study of the fraud case of the bogus central market in Shanghai municipal authorities, it can be seen that the failure of the economic policy of "Central inventory Group" in receiving false property is essentially caused by the political legacy of the National Government.
