【摘要】：清末民國是綏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的歷史階段。這一時(shí)期,晉陜移民在此落地生根,農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)大面積展開。與之相隨的是游牧區(qū)域日漸減少,許多地方的蒙古社會(huì)逐漸融入農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)之中。清末徐圖挽救政治危機(jī)的新政,給綏遠(yuǎn)社會(huì),尤其是社會(huì)問題中的焦點(diǎn)——土地關(guān)系產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響。緊接著是封建時(shí)代的終結(jié),共和初期混亂局面的到來。移民與土著的蒙古人在這一系列的社會(huì)波動(dòng)下,各自都呈現(xiàn)出形形色色的特點(diǎn)。 本文選取組成現(xiàn)行行政區(qū)劃土默特右旗的兩個(gè)區(qū)域——清末民國時(shí)期的薩拉齊縣(廳)與準(zhǔn)格爾旗河套川,通過對這兩地的移民、土地關(guān)系、蒙古族的生存狀況、商業(yè)、教育、宗教、匪患、煙毒等社會(huì)問題進(jìn)行逐一剖解,以再現(xiàn)清末民國整個(gè)綏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的社會(huì)狀況。
[Abstract]:The Republic of China in late Qing Dynasty was the historical stage of social transformation in Suiyuan area. In this period, Shanxi and Shaanxi immigrants took root here, and the agricultural economy spread out in a large area. In parallel, nomadic areas are dwindling, and Mongolian society in many places is gradually integrated into the agricultural economy. At the end of Qing Dynasty, Xu Tu saved the new policy of political crisis, which had a great influence on Suiyuan society, especially the focal point of social problem-land relation. Then came the end of the feudal era and the arrival of chaos in the early Republican period. In this series of social fluctuations, both immigrants and indigenous Mongolians have their own characteristics. This paper selects the two regions that constitute the Tumert right Banner in the current administrative regionsSalaqi County (Department) and Zhungeer Banner in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. Through the immigration, the land relations, the living conditions of the Mongols, the commerce and education, Religion, banditry, tobacco and other social problems were dissected one by one in order to reproduce the social situation in Suiyuan in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China.
