【摘要】：察哈爾興業(yè)銀行正式成立于1916年12月25日。晚清至民國時期,歷屆政府一直致力于金融的現(xiàn)代化,為此采取了一系列措施。與此相適應(yīng),察哈爾地區(qū)的金融經(jīng)歷了從混亂到逐步統(tǒng)一的過程。金融現(xiàn)代化需要強有力的中央政府以及穩(wěn)定的政治、社會秩序做保證。
[Abstract]:Chahar Industrial Bank was formally established on December 25, 1916. From the late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, successive governments have been committed to the modernization of finance and taken a series of measures to this end. Accordingly, the finance of Chahar area experienced the process from chaos to gradual unification. Financial modernization needs strong central government and stable political and social order to guarantee.
