【摘要】：市進冊是老鼎豐醬園檔案中很重要的一部分,其主要內(nèi)容是醬園之醬生、醬批、醬渣、乳批、酒批、豆渣、糟糠等歷年收入情況及門面房租、利息等。老鼎豐醬園的主要業(yè)務(wù)與醬有關(guān),故本文以市進冊中的醬生、醬批和醬渣等歷年收入信息為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合平湖地區(qū)歷年通貨膨脹因素,考察收入所占比重以及歷年變化,并簡要分析影響其變化的各種因素。
[Abstract]:Market entry is a very important part of the archives of Laodingfeng Sauce Garden. Its main contents are sauce raw, sauce batch, sauce residue, milk batch, wine batch, soybean dregs, bran, etc., as well as facade room rent, interest and so on. The main business of Laodingfeng Sauce Garden is related to sauce. Therefore, based on the historical income information of sauce production, sauce batch and sauce dregs, and combining with the inflation factors in Pinghu area, the paper investigates the proportion of income and the changes in the past years. And briefly analyze the factors that affect its change.
