【摘要】：錢新之是中國金融史上一位極其重要的人物。離開大陸前,他先后在交通銀行、四行儲蓄會等銀行擔任重要職務；同時在國民政府財政部、浙江省財政廳等政府部門任職；并且投資經(jīng)營中興輪船公司、太平水火險公司等企業(yè),此外他還熱心職業(yè)教育、社會救濟等社會事務。其活動涉及面很廣,但主要是在金融領(lǐng)域。關(guān)于錢新之的研究,迄今尚停留在相關(guān)人物、事件的陳述階段,以錢新之本人為研究對象的成果尚未見到。本文選取錢新之的銀行思想和實踐作為研究對象,以期對其進行完整的梳理和客觀的評析。 錢新之關(guān)于銀行經(jīng)營與實踐的許多真知灼見,來源于他早年系統(tǒng)的專業(yè)訓練和參與銀行經(jīng)營的實踐；同時職業(yè)銀行家的身份,使他有能力和條件將銀行思想與實踐相結(jié)合,以思想指導具體的實踐。錢新之的銀行思想是多方面,在銀行業(yè)務經(jīng)營方面,他主張銀行獨立經(jīng)營,倡導銀行儲蓄業(yè)務,主張銀行以營利為中心開展多種業(yè)務；在銀行業(yè)制度建設(shè)方面：他強調(diào)金融監(jiān)管制度,力主改革幣制、健全銀行條例。他長期經(jīng)營交通銀行和四行儲蓄會,卓有成效,不但促進了所經(jīng)營企業(yè)的發(fā)展,又為挽回利權(quán)做出了貢獻。他把銀行建設(shè)思想的探索與銀行經(jīng)營實踐相結(jié)合,促進了中國銀行業(yè)的近代化,也為現(xiàn)今我國銀行業(yè)的改革與發(fā)展提供了借鑒與啟示。
[Abstract]:Qian Xin is an extremely important person in China's financial history. Before leaving the mainland, he held important positions in the Bank of Communications, the four Bank of China savings Association, and other banks; he also held posts in government departments such as the Ministry of Finance of the National Government, the Department of Finance of Zhejiang Province, and invested in the ZTE Shipping Company. Taiping water fire insurance company and other enterprises, in addition to his enthusiasm for vocational education, social assistance and other social affairs. Its activities cover a wide range of areas, but mainly in the financial sector. The research on Qian Xinzhi is still at the stage of the narration of the relevant personages and events, and the achievements of Qian Xinzhi himself as the object of study have not been seen. This paper chooses the new bank thought and practice of withdrawing money as the research object in order to make a complete combing and objective evaluation. Qian Xinzhi's many insights on banking management and practice came from his early systematic professional training and participation in banking practice; at the same time, his identity as a professional banker gave him the ability and conditions to combine banking ideas with practice. Guide the concrete practice with thought. In the aspect of banking business, he advocates the bank to operate independently, advocates the bank deposit business, and advocates the bank to take the profit-making as the center to carry out various kinds of business. In the banking system construction: he emphasized the financial supervision system, advocated the reform of the currency system, and improved the banking regulations. His long-term operation of Bank of Communications and four-bank savings association has not only promoted the development of the enterprises, but also contributed to the recovery of interest. He combined the exploration of bank construction thought with the practice of bank management, promoted the modernization of China's banking industry, and provided reference and inspiration for the reform and development of China's banking industry.
