【摘要】：清末,英國勢力入侵西藏,川邊不保將危及中原,于是清廷積極推動川邊的改土歸流。鹽井改土歸流是趙爾豐推進(jìn)川邊改土歸流的重要一步,目前學(xué)界雖認(rèn)識到鹽井改土歸流的重要性,但是對鹽井改土歸流前期的社會狀況,如英國入侵鹽井西部的察隅等地和鹽井周邊藏、納西、獨龍、怒、傈僳等民族關(guān)系綜合考察的論述較少。顯然,鹽井改土歸流是整個川邊改土歸流的基礎(chǔ),利于推動藏東鹽業(yè)改革,特別是有效打通了清廷和西藏東部察隅等地的聯(lián)系,有效遏制了英屬印度進(jìn)一步北犯,維護(hù)了國家統(tǒng)一,維護(hù)了邊疆穩(wěn)定,增進(jìn)了該地區(qū)民族的國家認(rèn)同。
[Abstract]:In the late Qing Dynasty, when British forces invaded Tibet, the Central Plains would be endangered if the Sichuan border was not protected. It is an important step for Zhao Erfeng to reform soil and return flow from salt well to soil. Although the academic circles have recognized the importance of changing salt well into soil and returning flow, the social situation in the early stage of salt well changing into soil and returning flow is recognized by scholars. Such as the invasion of Chayu in the western part of salt wells and the surrounding areas of salt wells, Naxi, Dulong, anger, Lisu and other ethnic relations comprehensive investigation of less exposition. It is obvious that the salt well reform is the basis for the whole Sichuan side to reform the soil and return flow, which is conducive to promoting the salt industry reform in eastern Tibet. In particular, it has effectively established links between the Qing Dynasty and Chayu in eastern Tibet, and effectively deterred further British Indian northward invaders. It has safeguarded the national unity, maintained the stability of the frontier and enhanced the national identity of the ethnic groups in the region.
