【摘要】：1958-1960年是中國現(xiàn)代史上一段特殊的時期,在此期間,國內(nèi)各個領(lǐng)域都開展了轟轟烈烈的“大躍進”運動,其中就包括教育領(lǐng)域。高等教育作為教育系統(tǒng)的一個重要組成部分,不可避免地卷入其中。在“大躍進”過程中,高等教育片面強調(diào)規(guī)模和數(shù)量上的“大躍進”,造成了高等教育體系的混亂,而實際取得的成效并不顯著。但是我們不可否認,甘肅省的許多高等院校,都是在此契機上建立起來的。部分專業(yè)院校的建立如工業(yè)大學(xué)、鐵道學(xué)院等,填補了甘肅高等教育的空白,構(gòu)建了甘肅省高等教育的基本框架。本文主要從甘肅省高等教育“大躍進”的背景出發(fā),分析其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)限、招生分配、師資待遇、經(jīng)費建設(shè)、科研實習(xí)等“大躍進”概況,再以具體學(xué)校和個人為個案進行分析,結(jié)合當(dāng)時的輿論和后人的反思,總結(jié)甘肅省高等教育“大躍進”的成敗得失和經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:1958-1960 was a special period in the modern history of China. During this period, the great leap forward movement was carried out in all fields in China, including the field of education. As an important part of the educational system, higher education is inevitably involved in it. In the process of "Great Leap forward", the one-sided emphasis on the scale and quantity of the "Great Leap forward" in higher education has caused confusion in the system of higher education, but the actual results have not been remarkable. But we can not deny that many colleges and universities in Gansu Province, are built on this opportunity. The establishment of some specialized colleges, such as University of Technology and Railway College, has filled the blank of Gansu higher education and constructed the basic framework of Gansu higher education. Based on the background of "Great Leap forward" of higher education in Gansu Province, this paper analyzes the general situation of "Great Leap forward", such as leadership authority, enrollment allocation, teachers' treatment, fund construction, scientific research practice and so on, and then takes specific schools and individuals as a case study. Combined with public opinion at that time and introspection of later generations, this paper sums up the success or failure of the Great Leap forward of higher education in Gansu Province and its experience and lessons.
