【摘要】：清末新政期間,河南巡撫的頻繁更換雖然在一定程度上影響了河南新政的成效,但河南地處北洋和湖北兩大模范新政省區(qū)之間,不僅容易受其新政舉措的影響,而且便于學習和借鑒。河南巡撫群體雖然思想上較為保守,但忠于清廷,忠實執(zhí)行新政諭令,致使河南新政別有特點。河南新政雖然沒有北洋新政和湖北新政那樣成果輝煌,光彩奪目,但在一定程度上促進了河南經濟社會的發(fā)展和進步,開啟了河南早期現代化的歷史征程。
[Abstract]:During the New deal in the late Qing Dynasty, although the frequent change of governor in Henan affected the effectiveness of the New deal in Henan to some extent, Henan was located between the two major model new policy provinces and districts in Beiyang and Hubei, and was not only susceptible to the influence of its New deal measures. And easy to learn and learn from. Although Henan governor group thought is conservative, but loyal to the Qing Dynasty, faithfully carry out the New deal oracle, resulting in Henan New deal has its own characteristics. Although the Henan New deal is not as brilliant and brilliant as the Beiyang New deal and Hubei New deal, to a certain extent, it has promoted the development and progress of Henan economy and society, and opened the historical journey of Henan's early modernization.
