【摘要】：解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期，山東臨沂地區(qū)一直都是國(guó)共雙方軍事爭(zhēng)奪的重點(diǎn)區(qū)域。在長(zhǎng)期的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中，臨沂人民始終承擔(dān)解放軍后勤補(bǔ)給的艱巨任務(wù)，無(wú)數(shù)支前民夫跟隨部隊(duì)轉(zhuǎn)戰(zhàn)各地，為各大戰(zhàn)役的勝利提供了有力保障。后方人民節(jié)衣縮食、吃糠咽菜、拿出大批糧食物資支援部隊(duì)作戰(zhàn)，為解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的勝利做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。臨沂支前民夫作為全國(guó)民眾支前活動(dòng)的縮影，具有顯著的代表性。 在支前過(guò)程中建立的民夫組織與管理體制是臨沂支前民夫能夠完成任務(wù)的重要保障。在各級(jí)支前委員會(huì)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，臨沂各地建立起了一整套的省、區(qū)、縣、鄉(xiāng)支前領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)構(gòu)，并根據(jù)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)需要不斷地調(diào)整民夫編制，同時(shí)還在民夫隊(duì)伍中建立起了嚴(yán)密的組織團(tuán)體和生活管理制度。這些措施有效的鞏固了民夫隊(duì)伍，保證了支前任務(wù)的完成。 民夫的思想教育工作是整個(gè)民夫管理工作的核心。針對(duì)民夫中存在的各種思想問(wèn)題，中共方面先后通過(guò)時(shí)事思想教育活動(dòng)、立功運(yùn)動(dòng)、反特鋤奸運(yùn)動(dòng)等教育活動(dòng)，，對(duì)支前民夫開展了積極有效的思想教育工作，為支前任務(wù)的完成提供了重要的思想保證。
[Abstract]:During the period of the war of liberation, the Linyi region of Shandong has always been the key area for the military contention between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. In the long war, the people of Linyi have always undertaken the arduous task of the logistics of the liberation army. It has made outstanding contributions to the victory of the liberation war by taking out large quantities of food and materials to support the army. The Linyi forers, as the epitome of the activities of the National People's support, have significant representation.
The democratic organization and management system established in the pre - branch process is an important guarantee for the completion of the mission of the Linyi branch. Under the leadership of the front committees at all levels, a complete set of provincial, District, county and township leading bodies have been established in all parts of Linyi, and the people are constantly adjusted according to the needs of the war, and they are also established in the people's ranks. A strict organization and life management system has been established. These measures have effectively consolidated the ranks of the civil servants and ensured the completion of the tasks ahead.
The ideological and educational work of the Democratic People is the core of the management of the whole people. In view of the various ideological problems that exist among the people, the Communist Party of China has carried out a positive and effective ideological and ideological education work through educational activities such as ideological education activities, meritorious sports and anti traitors.
