【摘要】：正札作為一種下行文書,始于宋代。札周Rs,為古時(shí)寫字用的小木片。元、明時(shí)期改稱札付。清代沿用札和札付,并規(guī)定,凡六部、都察院行文順天府、奉天府;六部行文太常寺、太仆寺、光祿寺、鴻臚寺、國(guó)子監(jiān)、欽天監(jiān)、太醫(yī)院、寶泉、寶源局、各倉監(jiān)督、布政使、按察使、城守尉、各關(guān)監(jiān)督、各省織造;都察院行文六科;禮部行文各省學(xué)政;兵部行文各提督總兵;順天府尹行文各省布政使;軍機(jī)處行文布政使、按察使;經(jīng)略行文提督、副都統(tǒng),都用札文。凡提督行府廳州縣,巡撫行副將、參將、游擊、都司,用札付。札文文首以"某某衙門或某某官員為札飭事"或"給札事"開始,再以"照得"或"某某
[Abstract]:Zheng Za, as a downlink document, began in the Song Dynasty. Zazhou Rs, a small piece of wood used for writing in ancient times. Yuan, Ming Dynasty renamed Zafu.
