【摘要】：為促進(jìn)鐵路交通事業(yè)的發(fā)展,在全國(guó)識(shí)字運(yùn)動(dòng)的帶動(dòng)下,也受到前屆政府鐵路部門(mén)的導(dǎo)向,1931年至1937年鐵路職工識(shí)字教育興起。鐵道部頒布了一系列法令、規(guī)則和辦法,用以指導(dǎo)和規(guī)范該項(xiàng)工作。本部和路局二級(jí)職工教育委員會(huì)具有宣傳動(dòng)員和籌劃督導(dǎo)的職能,保證了識(shí)字教育有效展開(kāi)。識(shí)字學(xué)校在全國(guó)各鐵路線(xiàn)重要站點(diǎn)紛紛建立反映了舉行的盛況。鐵路職工識(shí)字教育取得了顯著成效,提高了職工識(shí)字率,邁開(kāi)了整個(gè)鐵路職工教育計(jì)劃的第一步,傳播了現(xiàn)代文化知識(shí)和基本道德規(guī)范,實(shí)際上是對(duì)中國(guó)鐵路事業(yè)發(fā)展根基的改良與培育。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the development of railway transportation, under the drive of the national literacy movement, it was also guided by the railway department of the previous government. From 1931 to 1937, the literacy education of railway workers rose. The Ministry of Railways issued a series of decrees, rules and regulations to guide and regulate the work. The Department and the second level staff Education Committee of the Railway Bureau have the functions of publicity, mobilization and planning and supervision, which ensures the effective development of literacy education. Literacy schools in the country's major railway stations have been set up to reflect the holding of the grand occasion. The literacy education of railway workers has achieved remarkable results, improved the literacy rate of the staff and workers, started the first step of the whole railway staff education plan, and spread modern cultural knowledge and basic moral norms. In fact, it is the improvement and cultivation of the foundation for the development of China's railway industry.
