【摘要】：1909年在重慶創(chuàng)立的中華護(hù)士會(huì)是中國(guó)的第一個(gè)護(hù)士組織。在創(chuàng)辦者的努力下,該組織逐漸完善,建立了完整的管理機(jī)構(gòu),并不斷招募會(huì)員發(fā)展壯大。1909至1937年間,國(guó)內(nèi)社會(huì)環(huán)境相對(duì)穩(wěn)定,中華護(hù)士會(huì)得以快速發(fā)展。它為中國(guó)的護(hù)理事業(yè)設(shè)定了統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),包括：護(hù)校辦學(xué),護(hù)士資格考試,護(hù)士服裝,薪資收入等,此外,它還著力于提高護(hù)士社會(huì)地位、改善中國(guó)的公共衛(wèi)生環(huán)境、投身戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)救護(hù)等事業(yè)。然而,西醫(yī)護(hù)理本身是西學(xué)東漸的產(chǎn)物,在其融入中國(guó)社會(huì)的過程中,必然面對(duì)諸多不適應(yīng)。對(duì)此,中華護(hù)士會(huì)采用積極的態(tài)度,調(diào)整其宗教信仰與世俗社會(huì)的沖突,中國(guó)政府的關(guān)系,與其他醫(yī)學(xué)團(tuán)體的關(guān)系等�？傊�,近二十年間,中華護(hù)士會(huì)在中國(guó)已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為較成熟的民間社團(tuán),它培養(yǎng)的護(hù)士群體為中國(guó)的社會(huì)發(fā)展與醫(yī)療事業(yè)的建設(shè)做出諸多貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The Chinese Nurses Association, founded in Chongqing in 1909, was the first nursing organization in China. With the efforts of the founder, the organization gradually improved, established a complete management organization, and continued to recruit members to develop and grow. From 1909 to 1937, the domestic social environment was relatively stable, and the Chinese Nurses Association was able to develop rapidly. It sets uniform standards for nursing in China, including running nursing schools, qualification examinations for nurses, clothing for nurses, salary income, and so on. In addition, it also focuses on improving the social status of nurses and improving the public health environment in China. Devote oneself to the cause of war rescue, etc. However, Western medicine nursing itself is the product of western learning to the east, in the process of its integration into the Chinese society, it is bound to face a lot of maladjustment. In this regard, Chinese nurses will adopt a positive attitude to adjust their religious beliefs and secular society, the relationship between the Chinese government and other medical organizations. In short, in the past twenty years, the Chinese Nursing Association has developed into a relatively mature folk society in China, and the nursing community it has cultivated has made many contributions to the development of China's society and the construction of medical treatment.
