【摘要】：中國近代合作運動起源于五四運動期間,首先在河北、山東等省開始推行,貴州省開始實施時間相對較晚。隨著政治經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的變化,1936年,國民政府正式飭令貴州省政府推行農(nóng)村合作事業(yè)。貴州省合作運動最先從農(nóng)村開始,逐漸發(fā)展至城鎮(zhèn),在1936年至1946年十年間,貴州省合作運動曾一度出現(xiàn)繁榮的景象,各地區(qū)各類型合作社數(shù)量猛增,參與合作社的人數(shù)也逐年增加。為了更好發(fā)揮合作社的優(yōu)勢,貴州省政府組織創(chuàng)辦了貴州省合作社聯(lián)合社(以下簡稱省聯(lián)社)。省聯(lián)社成立于1946年10月10日,因為有省政府的大力支持,有社會各界人士的共同努力,省聯(lián)社迅速集聚基層合作力量,以幫助恢復(fù)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟,加強城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系為目的,開展了包括購銷、信貸、儲藏供給等多種合作業(yè)務(wù)。為了實現(xiàn)恢復(fù)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的目標(biāo),省聯(lián)社采用近代化經(jīng)營管理模式,經(jīng)營管理企業(yè)化,人事管理職業(yè)化,資金管理專業(yè)化,而其獨具特色的經(jīng)營管理模式,就是省聯(lián)社成功的關(guān)鍵所在。省聯(lián)社的創(chuàng)辦是一次成功的從理論到實踐的探索,毋庸置疑,其對貴州農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展貢獻頗大,而這次嘗試積累的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)十分寶貴,對今天貴州省農(nóng)村合作事業(yè)的發(fā)展仍然有啟迪意義。因此,對省聯(lián)社發(fā)展過程及歷史貢獻的研究,是具有學(xué)術(shù)價值和現(xiàn)實意義的。
[Abstract]:The modern cooperative movement of China originated during the May 4th Movement. It was first implemented in Hebei, Shandong and other provinces, but the implementation time of Guizhou Province was relatively late. With the change of political and economic environment, in 1936, the National Government formally ordered the Guizhou Provincial Government to carry out rural cooperation. The cooperative movement of Guizhou Province first began in the countryside and gradually developed into towns. During the decade from 1936 to 1946, the cooperative movement of Guizhou Province once appeared a prosperous scene, and the number of various types of cooperatives in various regions increased rapidly. The number of people participating in co-operatives has also increased year by year. In order to give full play to the advantages of cooperatives, Guizhou Provincial Government organized the establishment of the Guizhou Province Cooperative Union (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Union Society). The provincial association was founded on October 10, 1946. With the strong support of the provincial government and the joint efforts of people from all walks of life in the society, the provincial federation quickly gathered grass-roots cooperative forces in order to help restore the rural economy and strengthen economic ties between urban and rural areas. Has carried out a variety of cooperative business, including purchase and marketing, credit, storage supply and so on. In order to realize the goal of restoring the rural economy, the provincial alliance adopts the modern management mode, which is characterized by the management and management, the personnel management professionalization, the fund management specialization, and the unique management mode. That is the key to the success of the provincial news agency. The establishment of the provincial association was a successful exploration from theory to practice. Undoubtedly, it contributed a lot to the economic development of Guizhou's rural areas, and the lessons learned from this attempt are very valuable. Today, the development of rural cooperation in Guizhou Province still has enlightening significance. Therefore, it is of academic value and practical significance to study the development process and historical contribution of the provincial association.
