【摘要】：關(guān)于鴉片戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)賠款,英方索要2 100萬銀元在學(xué)術(shù)界為無疑之論,而對(duì)清政府實(shí)際償付之銀兩數(shù)額卻頗多分歧。究其原因,既有研究或忽略了賠款償付過程中銀元與銀兩折算比率的變化,或忽略了各期賠款使用了不同的平碼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對(duì)這兩個(gè)因素進(jìn)行詳細(xì)考察,再綜合其他特殊情況,統(tǒng)一平碼后,最終計(jì)算出實(shí)際償付銀兩數(shù)額為:以漕平紋銀計(jì)約為1 505.81萬兩;以廣平紋銀計(jì)約為1 468.94萬兩;以中央庫(kù)平紋銀計(jì)約為1 479.27萬兩,以海關(guān)兩計(jì)約為1 464.65萬兩。
[Abstract]:As for the Opium War reparations, the British claim 21 million silver dollars is no doubt in the academic world, but there are many differences on the actual amount of silver paid by the Qing government. The reason is that the change of the ratio of silver to silver in the process of indemnity payment has been studied or ignored, or the different standard of equal code has been used in each period of indemnity. After investigating these two factors in detail and synthesizing other special cases, after unifying the flat code, the actual payment amount of silver is calculated as follows: 1 5.0581 million pairs in terms of silver grain, 1 4.6894 million pairs in silver in Guangping grain, 1 5.0581 million in silver in Caoping grain, 1 in silver in Guangping grain, and 1 in silver in Guangping grain. About 1 4.7927 million pairs in central Kuping silver and 1 4.6465 million in customs.
