【摘要】：歷史轉(zhuǎn)折時(shí)期,我國處理冤假錯案工作經(jīng)歷了醞釀萌發(fā)、初步展開、重點(diǎn)突破、全面完成四個階段。黨內(nèi)外圍繞處理冤假錯案的步驟、原則、范圍和后果等展開了激烈的論爭,加快了冤假錯案處理工作的進(jìn)程。總結(jié)這些論爭,對于今天解放思想、正確對待黨和國家前進(jìn)中遇到的論爭、加強(qiáng)執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)等,具有重要的啟示。
[Abstract]:In the period of historical turning, the work of handling the case of unjust falsehood and error has experienced four stages: brewing and germination, preliminary development, key breakthrough, and overall completion of four stages. Within and outside the Party, there is a fierce debate over the steps, principles, scope and consequences of handling the cases of false and wrong wrongs, which speeds up the process of handling cases of false wrongs and wrongs. Summing up these arguments has important implications for emancipating the mind, correctly dealing with the arguments encountered in the progress of the Party and the country, and strengthening the construction of the ruling party.
