【摘要】：上海公共租界歷來為國內(nèi)外學(xué)界關(guān)注重點(diǎn),其資料保存豐富、研究成果突出。然而,公共租界內(nèi)華人歧視問題卻成為其研究的薄弱之處,故在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文根據(jù)上海檔案館館藏資料,輔以其他資料及研究成果,著力于完整地描述租界華人歧視總體概貌,更多的是鉤沉和匡正,“略人所詳,詳人縮略”,對(duì)公共租界內(nèi)華人歧視問題做一全面深入地探討。本文專以近代上海公共租界華人歧視問題為研究對(duì)象,深入剖析華人遭受歧視的歷史背景,闡釋華人在教育、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、就業(yè)與薪資福利等領(lǐng)域的不公平待遇,并與他者進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,創(chuàng)造性地將其與美國黑人歧視相比較,更彰顯其特性,力求還原華人在租界遭受歧視的總體概貌;辯證客觀地闡釋其自身的復(fù)雜性,并從歷史時(shí)序的角度來縱向梳理租界內(nèi)華人遭受歧視的情況:弱-強(qiáng)-弱。華人歧視問題讓我們?cè)谏類和唇^之時(shí),更應(yīng)理性地將目光回歸自身,欲實(shí)現(xiàn)從“寄居者”到“主人翁”的完美蛻變,根本之道在于自強(qiáng)和自信。本文主要有四部分。第一部分:闡述華人歧視產(chǎn)生的歷史背景。主要敘述上海公共租界的形成,以及外僑在行政、司法、軍事武裝等方面對(duì)權(quán)力的完全掌控,這成為華人遭受歧視的權(quán)力基礎(chǔ);而與此對(duì)應(yīng)的則是華人在租界內(nèi)需要擔(dān)負(fù)的多重義務(wù)。權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)的失衡再加上義務(wù)的重負(fù),成為華人抗?fàn)幍牟唤邉?dòng)力。第二部分:上海公共租界華人歧視概況。一方面,從歷史時(shí)序的角度來縱向梳理租界內(nèi)華人遭受歧視的情況;另一方面,則從教育、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、就業(yè)與薪資福利等橫向面來考察華人在租界遭受歧視的情況。希望通過這兩方面來還原華人在租界遭受歧視的總體概貌。第三部分:公共租界內(nèi)華人歧視情況與他者的對(duì)比分析。要深刻理解租界內(nèi)華人遭受歧視的情況,就要有對(duì)比分析,為此,將租界內(nèi)華人遭受歧視的情況與租界內(nèi)其他國家的僑民社會(huì)地位相提并較,此外,則將租界內(nèi)華人歧視與美國黑人歧視作一對(duì)比。通過三方面的對(duì)比,以期對(duì)華人遭受歧視的情況有更深刻的理解。第四部分:一方面辯證分析歧視存在的主客觀原因,從完善自身來爭(zhēng)取真正意義上的地位平等;另一方面深度思考華人歧視自身的復(fù)雜性。
[Abstract]:Shanghai public concession has always been the focus of academic attention at home and abroad, its data preservation is rich, the research results are outstanding. However, the problem of Chinese discrimination in public concessions has become a weak point in its research. Therefore, based on the data collected by the Shanghai Archives, this paper is supplemented by other materials and research results. Focusing on a complete description of the general outline of discrimination against Chinese people in concession, more on hook and correction, "the details of the details, detailed abbreviations", to make a comprehensive and in-depth study of discrimination of Chinese in public concessions. This paper focuses on the discrimination of Chinese in modern Shanghai public concession, analyzes the historical background of discrimination against Chinese, and explains the unfair treatment of Chinese in the fields of education, health care, employment and salary and welfare. By comparing it with other people, the author creatively compares it with American black discrimination, reveals its characteristics, tries to restore the general picture of Chinese people being discriminated against in concession, and interprets its complexity dialectically and objectively. And from the perspective of historical time series to sort out the situation of discrimination against Chinese in concession: weak-strong-weak. The problem of Chinese discrimination makes us return to ourselves rationally when we are deeply loathed. The fundamental way to realize the perfect transformation from "sojourner" to "master" lies in self-improvement and self-confidence. There are four parts in this paper. Part one: expound the historical background of Chinese discrimination. It mainly describes the formation of Shanghai public concession and the complete control of power by foreigners in administrative, judicial, military and other aspects, which has become the power basis for Chinese to suffer discrimination. And corresponding to this is the Chinese people in the concession to bear many obligations. The imbalance of power structure, combined with the heavy burden of obligations, has become an inexhaustible motive force for Chinese people to fight. The second part: the general situation of Chinese discrimination in Shanghai public concession. On the one hand, the situation of discrimination against Chinese in concessions is sorted out vertically from the angle of historical time series; on the other hand, the situation of discrimination against Chinese in concession is examined from the horizontal aspects of education, medical care, employment and salary and welfare. Through these two aspects, I hope to restore the general picture of discrimination against Chinese in the concession. The third part: the comparative analysis of Chinese discrimination and others in public concessions. In order to have a profound understanding of the situation of discrimination against Chinese in the concession, a comparative analysis is required. For this reason, the situation of discrimination against Chinese in the concession is compared with the social status of the diaspora of other countries in the concession. In addition, Chinese discrimination in the concession is compared with black American discrimination. Through the comparison of three aspects, we hope to have a deeper understanding of the situation of discrimination against Chinese. The fourth part: on the one hand dialectically analyzes the subjective and objective reasons of the existence of discrimination and strives for real equality in the sense of status from perfecting itself; on the other hand deeply considers the complexity of Chinese discrimination itself.
