【摘要】：晚清政府在多年留學(xué)生派遣實(shí)踐中,慢慢摸索出一條既適應(yīng)洋務(wù)運(yùn)動(dòng)需要又適應(yīng)國(guó)內(nèi)封建統(tǒng)治需要的留學(xué)制度,無(wú)論是選派還是管理制度,都從凌亂無(wú)序逐漸走向規(guī)范和嚴(yán)苛,為后來(lái)中國(guó)留學(xué)制度的發(fā)展提供了初步借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the practice of sending overseas students over the years, the government of the late Qing Dynasty slowly found out a system of studying abroad that not only adapted to the needs of the Westernization movement but also to the needs of the feudal rule in China. Whether the school selection or the management system were gradually moving from disorderly to standardized and strict, It provides a preliminary reference for the later development of Chinese study abroad system.
