【摘要】：“九一八”事變期間英國(guó)對(duì)日本的綏靖政策給二戰(zhàn)前的遠(yuǎn)東局勢(shì)造成了重要影響,而日本在事變期間對(duì)綏靖政策的利用不僅加劇了遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)的緊張局勢(shì),也標(biāo)志著中國(guó)十四年艱苦抗戰(zhàn)的開(kāi)始。 文章的第一部分主要論述了英國(guó)“政治綏靖”日本政策形成的背景,通過(guò)對(duì)20世紀(jì)20年代末英國(guó)自身情況的變化,歐洲局勢(shì)對(duì)英國(guó)遠(yuǎn)東政策的影響以及這一時(shí)期中英日三角關(guān)系和美國(guó)遠(yuǎn)東政策對(duì)英國(guó)的影響等方面對(duì)英國(guó)綏靖政策產(chǎn)生的背景進(jìn)行了全方位的分析,說(shuō)明了英國(guó)對(duì)日本的“政治綏靖”政策是多種因素交織的產(chǎn)物。 文章的第二部分較為詳細(xì)的考察了在“九一八”事變整個(gè)過(guò)程中英國(guó)對(duì)日本“政治綏靖”政策初步形成的過(guò)程。說(shuō)明了英國(guó)對(duì)日本的綏靖政策是根植于英國(guó)自身的利益之上的,而英國(guó)及國(guó)聯(lián)對(duì)于事態(tài)的不斷惡化以及東三省的徹底淪陷負(fù)有不可推卸的責(zé)任。 文章的第三部分詳細(xì)探討了在事變的爆發(fā)、升級(jí)和擴(kuò)大的進(jìn)程中,日本對(duì)英國(guó)綏靖政策的利用也經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)由試探、觀(guān)望到積極進(jìn)攻的過(guò)程。而且針對(duì)英國(guó)各階段的綏靖政策,日本并不是一味被動(dòng)的接受,而是通過(guò)積極的外交軍事配合,主動(dòng)地進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)并加以利用。通過(guò)對(duì)綏靖政策的利用,日本不僅在軍事上達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目的,在政治上也起到了分化英美列強(qiáng)的作用,從而使遠(yuǎn)東局勢(shì)一步步朝著有利于日本的方向發(fā)展,使西方在遠(yuǎn)東局勢(shì)日益惡化的情況下處于束手無(wú)策的尷尬境地。 第四部分簡(jiǎn)單分析了日本對(duì)英國(guó)“政治綏靖”政策的利益所產(chǎn)生的影響。日本對(duì)英國(guó)綏靖政策的利益不僅客觀(guān)上促成了英、美、中初步的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)合作,也在一定程度上促成了中華民族的大覺(jué)醒、大團(tuán)結(jié)的局面,從此,中日兩國(guó)間的民族矛盾開(kāi)始上升為中國(guó)社會(huì)的主要矛盾。此外“九一八”事變期間日本對(duì)英國(guó)綏靖政策的利用不僅造成了遠(yuǎn)東局勢(shì)的持續(xù)動(dòng)蕩,而且助長(zhǎng)了法西斯日本的侵略擴(kuò)張氣焰,使遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)成為了二戰(zhàn)的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)策源地之一,為世界法西斯勢(shì)力的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了不良后果。
[Abstract]:During the "September 18" incident, Britain's appeasement policy towards Japan had an important impact on the situation in the far East before World War II, and Japan's use of appeasement policy during the incident not only increased tensions in the far East, It also marks the beginning of China's 14-year hard War of Resistance. The first part of the article mainly discusses the background of the formation of British "political appeasement" Japanese policy, through the changes of the British own situation in the late 1920s. The influence of the European situation on the British far East policy, as well as the Sino-British and Japanese triangle relations during this period, and the influence of the American far East policy on the British far East policy, etc., are analyzed in an all-round way on the background of the British appeasement policy. It shows that British "political appeasement" policy towards Japan is the product of many factors. The second part of the article examines in detail the initial formation of British "political appeasement" policy over Japan during the "September 18" incident. It shows that Britain's appeasement policy towards Japan is rooted in Britain's own interests, and the United Kingdom and the League of Nations bear the unshirkable responsibility for the worsening of the situation and the complete fall of the three eastern provinces. In the third part of this paper, it is discussed in detail that in the process of the outbreak, escalation and expansion of the incident, Japan's use of the British appeasement policy has also undergone a process from trial, wait-and-see to active attack. In view of the appeasement policy of Britain, Japan did not blindly accept it, but actively guided and utilized it through active diplomatic and military cooperation. Through the use of appeasement policy, Japan not only achieved the expected purpose militarily, but also played a role in dividing the British and American powers in politics, thus making the situation in the far East develop step by step in favor of Japan. Put the West in a state of helplessness in the deteriorating situation in the far East. The fourth part briefly analyzes the influence of Japan on the interest of British political appeasement policy. Japan's interest in the British appeasement policy has objectively contributed not only to the initial political and economic cooperation between Britain, the United States and China, but also to a certain extent to the great awakening and great unity of the Chinese nation. From then on, The ethnic contradiction between China and Japan began to rise into the main contradiction in Chinese society. In addition, the use of Japan's appeasement policy towards Britain during the "September 18" incident not only caused continuous instability in the situation in the far East, but also encouraged fascist Japan's aggression and expansion, making the far East one of the war birthplaces of World War II. It had bad consequences for the development of fascist forces in the world.
