【摘要】：1924年江浙戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā),造成了上海社會(huì)秩序的嚴(yán)重失序和商業(yè)上的巨大損失。戰(zhàn)前,以馬路商界聯(lián)合會(huì)為代表的上海中、下層商人通過函電、集會(huì)等方式反對(duì)戰(zhàn)爭,力圖避免戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)。戰(zhàn)爭期間,商聯(lián)會(huì)采取武裝自衛(wèi)、救濟(jì)難民、調(diào)節(jié)民食等多種手段,努力維護(hù)戰(zhàn)爭背景下的城市秩序。戰(zhàn)后,商聯(lián)會(huì)積極從事善后救濟(jì),并介入各方勢力之間,扮演重要的交涉調(diào)解角色,以防戰(zhàn)事再起。商聯(lián)會(huì)在戰(zhàn)爭前后的言行,充分反映了商人團(tuán)體的社會(huì)責(zé)任意識(shí)、慈善公益理念與合作精神。商聯(lián)會(huì)在維護(hù)城市社會(huì)秩序中所扮演的重要角色,不僅有力地提升了它作為民間組織的社會(huì)合法性與權(quán)威性,也在一定程度上詮釋了商聯(lián)會(huì)何以成為20世紀(jì)20年代上海政治舞臺(tái)上非�；钴S的商人組織。
[Abstract]:The Jiangsu and Zhejiang wars broke out in 1924, resulting in serious disorder of social order and great loss of commerce in Shanghai. Before the war, in Shanghai, represented by the Union of Road Business, the lower class businessmen opposed the war by means of letters, televisions, rallies, and tried to avoid the outbreak of war. During the war, the Federation of Merchants made great efforts to maintain urban order in the context of the war by means of armed self-defence, relief of refugees, and regulation of food for the people. After the war, the Federation of Merchants took an active role in the relief of the aftermath and played an important role in negotiation and mediation between the various forces in order to prevent the recurrence of war. The words and deeds of the Federation of Merchants before and after the war fully reflect the sense of social responsibility, the concept of charity and the spirit of cooperation. The important role played by the Chamber of Commerce in maintaining urban social order has not only enhanced its social legitimacy and authority as a non-governmental organization, To a certain extent, it explains why the Business Association became a very active business organization in the Shanghai political arena in the 1920s.
