【摘要】：周盛傳是淮軍重要軍事將領(lǐng)之一,前半生他率領(lǐng)盛軍南征北戰(zhàn),在清政府組織鎮(zhèn)壓太平軍和捻軍的軍事戰(zhàn)斗中功勛卓越,后半生他致力于籌備天津海防,在軍事防備方面修建了大沽、新城炮臺(tái),并積極學(xué)習(xí)和引進(jìn)西方先進(jìn)的武器裝備與練兵方法。周盛傳和盛軍在天津小站進(jìn)行屯墾期間,培育出了著名的“小站稻”,同時(shí)相應(yīng)地興修了一系列的水利工程。除此之外,周盛傳還在天津采取了許多惠及百姓的民政措施,被稱為“兵農(nóng)并重”的中興名將。本文對(duì)周盛傳一生的突出事跡和盛軍的主要發(fā)展過(guò)程進(jìn)行全面的剖析,以期對(duì)淮軍重要將領(lǐng)周盛傳和處于淮軍核心地位的盛軍有深入全面的考察。 全文主要分為四個(gè)部分: 一、論述盛軍的產(chǎn)生。詳細(xì)研究周盛傳早期辦團(tuán)練的情況,分析盛軍的組建和形成過(guò)程,從而探討盛軍的特點(diǎn)以及當(dāng)時(shí)在淮軍中的地位。 二、論述周盛傳及盛軍與太平軍、捻軍的戰(zhàn)斗。分析周盛傳及盛軍與太平軍在戰(zhàn)斗中的較量,著重選取其中的典型戰(zhàn)役——常州戰(zhàn)役進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析研究,力圖從中挖掘周盛傳的軍事才能,以及盛軍在實(shí)際作戰(zhàn)中的表現(xiàn)。周盛傳最主要的戎馬生涯除了與太平軍作戰(zhàn),便是鎮(zhèn)壓捻軍。本部分選取解雉河集之圍和信陽(yáng)之戰(zhàn)兩次典型戰(zhàn)役,主要體現(xiàn)出周盛傳的指揮作戰(zhàn)特點(diǎn)和盛軍戰(zhàn)斗力的逐步提升。 三、論述周盛傳與天津海防。詳細(xì)分析周盛傳在天津布防的策略和措施、小站練兵的情況,從中探討周盛傳在天津海防方面的貢獻(xiàn),以及他的治軍之法和盛軍的成長(zhǎng)進(jìn)步情況。 四、論述周盛傳在天津的民政措施。探討周盛傳小站屯墾、興修水利、抗洪搶險(xiǎn)、賑濟(jì)災(zāi)民等一系列民政舉措。
[Abstract]:Zhou Shengzhuan was one of the important military generals of the Huai Army. In the first half of his life, he led Sheng Jun to the north and south, and made outstanding contributions in the military battle organized by the Qing government to suppress the Taiping Army and the Twist Army. In the latter half of his life, he devoted himself to preparing Tianjin Coastal Defence. Dagu and Xincheng fortresses were built in military preparedness, and advanced western weapons and training methods were actively studied and introduced. Zhou Shengzhuan and Sheng Jun cultivated the famous "small station rice" during their cultivation at Tianjin small station, and correspondingly built a series of water conservancy projects. In addition, Zhou Shengzhuan also took many civil affairs measures to benefit the common people in Tianjin. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of Zhou Shengzhuan's outstanding deeds and Sheng Jun's main development process in order to make a thorough and comprehensive investigation of Zhou Shengzhuan, an important general of the Huai Army, and Sheng Jun, who is in the core position of the Huai Army. The full text is divided into four parts: The first is to discuss the emergence of Sheng Jun. This paper studies the situation of Zhou Shengzhuan's early group training, analyzes Sheng Jun's formation and formation process, and probes into the characteristics of Sheng Jun and his position in the Huai army at that time. Second, discusses Zhou Shengzhuan and Sheng Jun and the Taiping Army, twist army's battle. This paper analyzes the contest between Zhou Shengzhuan and Sheng Jun and Taiping Army in the battle, and emphatically selects the typical battle of Changzhou, which is one of them, to carry on the detailed analysis and research, trying to excavate Zhou Shengzhuan's military ability and the performance of Sheng Jun in actual combat. Zhou Shengzhuan's main military career, in addition to fighting with the Taiping Army, is the suppression of the twist army. In this part, two typical battles are selected, which mainly reflect the characteristics of Zhou Shengzhuan's command and combat ability of Sheng Jun. Third, discuss Zhou Shengzhuan and Tianjin Haiphong. This paper analyzes in detail the tactics and measures of Zhou Shengzhuan's deployment in Tianjin, the situation of military training at small stations, and discusses Zhou Shengzhuan's contribution to Tianjin's coastal defense, as well as his law of administering the army and the growth and progress of Sheng Jun. Fourth, discusses Zhou Shengzhuan's civil affairs measures in Tianjin. This paper discusses a series of civil affairs measures, such as opening up reclamation at Zhou Shengzhuan small station, building water conservancy, fighting flood and rescuing victims.
