【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期,隨著日本侵略的擴(kuò)大和中華民族危機(jī)的加劇,中國(guó)民眾的抗日救亡意識(shí)逐步覺(jué)醒。因國(guó)民政府規(guī)范有序的指導(dǎo)和組織,湖南省政府的積極響應(yīng)與努力,中共湖南黨組織的動(dòng)員和組織,長(zhǎng)沙抗戰(zhàn)文化中心的形成與推動(dòng),湖南各界成立了大量名目各異的抗敵后援會(huì)。這些抗敵后援會(huì)隨著時(shí)局的發(fā)展而演變,逐步形成較為完備的組織、規(guī)章、制度體系,保障了各項(xiàng)抗日救亡工作的順利進(jìn)行。 在湖南各界抗敵后援會(huì)的發(fā)起和組織下,廣大湖南民眾踴躍參與各種內(nèi)容豐富、形式多樣的抗日救亡活動(dòng),為支援抗戰(zhàn)貢獻(xiàn)了不小的力量,發(fā)揮了重要的作用。其主要活動(dòng)和作用如下: 一、通過(guò)創(chuàng)辦報(bào)刊、壁報(bào),散發(fā)宣傳單,舉辦圖畫(huà)、工藝展覽會(huì),張貼標(biāo)語(yǔ),開(kāi)展演講、廣播,進(jìn)行游藝,開(kāi)設(shè)各種戰(zhàn)時(shí)教育和訓(xùn)練班,組織各種宣傳團(tuán)隊(duì)等多種形式,進(jìn)行內(nèi)容廣泛的抗日救亡宣傳,喚起和動(dòng)員普通民眾參與抗敵后援工作。 二、努力推動(dòng)征募衣物、捐款獻(xiàn)金、征募破銅爛鐵、勸募救國(guó)公債等各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的順利開(kāi)展,號(hào)召湖南各界民眾積極響應(yīng)和盡力參與,募集大量物資,有力地支援了前線的抗戰(zhàn)。 三、通過(guò)致電慰勞,匯款或捐慰勞品,慰勞和服務(wù)傷兵等方式,動(dòng)員廣大民眾參與慰勞前線抗戰(zhàn)將士,安頓和服務(wù)負(fù)傷將士等各項(xiàng)活動(dòng),極大地鼓舞了廣大抗戰(zhàn)將士的斗志。 大量抗敵后援會(huì)的成立及各種內(nèi)容豐富、形式多樣的抗日救亡活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展,以大量的人力、物力、財(cái)力為湖南支援抗戰(zhàn)貢獻(xiàn)了不小的力量,發(fā)揮了重要的作用。這一切使得長(zhǎng)沙成為當(dāng)時(shí)有名的“文化城”。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, with the expansion of Japanese aggression and the aggravation of the crisis of the Chinese nation, the Chinese people's consciousness of resisting Japan and saving Japan gradually awakened. As a result of the orderly guidance and organization of the national government, the positive response and efforts of the Hunan Provincial Government, the mobilization and organization of the CPC Hunan Party Organization, and the formation and promotion of the Changsha Anti-Japanese War Cultural Center, Hunan has set up a large number of different names of the anti-enemy back-up committee. With the development of the current situation, these anti-enemy support associations gradually formed a relatively complete system of organizations, regulations and systems, which ensured the smooth progress of the work of resisting Japan and saving the country from death. Under the initiative and organization of the Hunan Society for the Resistance against the enemy, the broad masses of Hunan people enthusiastically participated in various activities of resisting Japan and saving the nation from death with rich contents and various forms, thus contributing a great deal of strength and playing an important role in supporting the War of Resistance against Japan. Its main activities and roles are as follows: First, through the establishment of newspapers and periodicals, the distribution of propaganda leaflets, the holding of pictures, trade fairs, the posting of slogans, the conduct of speeches, radio broadcasts, recreational activities, the opening of various wartime education and training courses, and the organization of various propaganda teams, etc. Carry on extensive anti-Japanese anti-Japanese propaganda, arouse and mobilize the ordinary people to participate in anti-enemy backup work. Second, we should strive to promote the smooth development of various activities, such as recruiting clothes, donating money, recruiting broken copper and iron, and soliciting public bonds to save the country. We should call on the people of all walks of life to respond positively and do their utmost to participate, to raise a large number of materials, and to support the war of resistance in the front line with strength. Third, by calling consolation, remittance or donation of comfort goods, consolation and service to wounded soldiers, and so on, the broad masses of the people were mobilized to participate in various activities such as consolation, resettlement, and service to the wounded, and so on, which greatly inspired the fighting spirit of the broad masses of soldiers and soldiers in the War of Resistance. The establishment of a large number of anti-enemy back-up committees and the development of various activities of resisting Japan and rescuing the nation in various forms and contents have contributed a great deal of manpower, material and financial resources to Hunan's support for the War of Resistance against Japan and played an important role. All this made Changsha a famous cultural city at that time.
