【摘要】：張鳴岐主政廣西時期,中國正值內憂外患時期,為有效地應對西方列強對中國西南的侵略,他采取了一系列的軍事變革措施,包括調整軍隊編制、建立近代軍事學堂、發(fā)展近代電報系統(tǒng)和鐵路網(wǎng)絡。這些舉措順應了世界近代軍事變革潮流,大幅提升了近代廣西的防衛(wèi)能力,有效地維護了中國西南邊疆的安全。
[Abstract]:Zhang Mingqi was in charge of Guangxi during the period of internal and external troubles. In order to effectively deal with the aggression of western powers against southwest China, he took a series of military reform measures, including readjusting the military establishment and establishing a modern military school.
