【摘要】：張鳴岐主政廣西時期,中國正值內(nèi)憂外患時期,為有效地應(yīng)對西方列強(qiáng)對中國西南的侵略,他采取了一系列的軍事變革措施,包括調(diào)整軍隊編制、建立近代軍事學(xué)堂、發(fā)展近代電報系統(tǒng)和鐵路網(wǎng)絡(luò)。這些舉措順應(yīng)了世界近代軍事變革潮流,大幅提升了近代廣西的防衛(wèi)能力,有效地維護(hù)了中國西南邊疆的安全。
[Abstract]:Zhang Mingqi was in charge of Guangxi during the period of internal and external troubles. In order to effectively deal with the aggression of western powers against southwest China, he took a series of military reform measures, including readjusting the military establishment and establishing a modern military school. The development of modern Telegraph systems and railway networks. These measures conform to the trend of military reform in modern times of the world, greatly enhance the defense capability of Guangxi in modern times, and effectively maintain the security of the southwest frontier of China.
