【摘要】：正第二次世界大戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,為伸張正義,懲處戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)罪犯,重建戰(zhàn)后國(guó)際秩序,維護(hù)世界和平,同盟各國(guó)依據(jù)《波茨坦公告》,在日本東京設(shè)立遠(yuǎn)東國(guó)際軍事法庭,對(duì)日本戰(zhàn)犯進(jìn)行審判。由中、美、蘇、英、法等提名的11名法官組成遠(yuǎn)東國(guó)際軍事法庭,自1946年5月3日開始,至1948年11月宣判終結(jié),共開庭818次,出庭證人達(dá)419人,庭審記錄長(zhǎng)達(dá)4.9萬余頁(yè),判決書長(zhǎng)達(dá)1213頁(yè),審判吸引了近20萬聽眾,其規(guī)模超過了紐倫堡審判,堪稱有史以來規(guī)模最大的一次國(guó)際審判。東京審判(即"遠(yuǎn)東國(guó)際軍事法庭審判")詳細(xì)審查了日本帝國(guó)主義發(fā)動(dòng)侵略戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的經(jīng)過,確認(rèn)了日本侵略戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的犯罪性質(zhì),裁定了日本的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)責(zé)任,是戰(zhàn)后日本和遠(yuǎn)東國(guó)際關(guān)系新格局的起點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Just after the end of the second World War, in order to uphold justice, punish war criminals, rebuild the postwar international order and safeguard world peace, the countries of the League established the far East International military Tribunal in Tokyo, Japan, in accordance with the Potsdam Proclamation. The trial of Japanese war criminals. The International military Tribunal for the far East was composed of 11 judges nominated by China, the United States, the Soviet Union, Britain and France. From May 3, 1946, to the end of the verdict in November 1948, 818 court sessions were held, with 419 witnesses appearing before the court, with more than 49000 pages of court records. The 1213-page trial attracted nearly 200000 listeners and outsized the Nuremberg trial, the largest international trial ever. The Tokyo trial (that is, the "far East International military Tribunal trial") examined in detail the course of the aggressive war waged by Japanese imperialism, confirmed the criminal nature of the Japanese war of aggression, and ruled on Japan's war responsibility, It was the starting point of a new pattern of international relations between Japan and the far East after the war.
