【摘要】：李續(xù)賓是湘軍著名將領(lǐng),在鎮(zhèn)壓太平天國起義中,忠勇善戰(zhàn),因戰(zhàn)功受清政府的重用,在湘軍史上是一個(gè)很有影響的人物。對李續(xù)賓的研究將有助于了解湘軍草創(chuàng)及前期征戰(zhàn)的歷史。但是,目前學(xué)術(shù)界對李續(xù)賓的研究不是很重視,只有少量專題論文,內(nèi)容主要是探討湘軍三河之役失敗的原因,而對李續(xù)賓早年生活,三河之役前的軍事活動(dòng)則少有涉及。李續(xù)賓在湘軍將領(lǐng)中,以鮮明的個(gè)性著稱,其個(gè)性很大程度決定了他的成與敗,因此,本文試圖以其思想性格為切入點(diǎn)來研究人物,希望通過此視角來獲得對人物更全面的認(rèn)識(shí),擺脫對歷史人物單調(diào)乏味的敘述。 本文正文共分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分從社會(huì)風(fēng)氣與家庭環(huán)境、個(gè)人秉賦與師友交往等方面來考察成長環(huán)境對李續(xù)賓思想性格上形成的影響。第二部分介紹李續(xù)賓首倡團(tuán)練的基本情況并對學(xué)術(shù)界對湘軍源流的不同觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行評價(jià)。第三部分評述李續(xù)賓在作戰(zhàn)中的表現(xiàn),選取三場在李續(xù)賓戰(zhàn)爭生涯中具有代表性的戰(zhàn)役,說明李續(xù)賓戰(zhàn)功顯赫的原因,其中戰(zhàn)術(shù)運(yùn)用得當(dāng),個(gè)性堅(jiān)韌勇敢以及治軍嚴(yán)明、恩威并施、軍士愿為之效命是主要原因。第四部分對學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于李續(xù)賓最后一戰(zhàn)三河之戰(zhàn)戰(zhàn)敗的不同認(rèn)識(shí)進(jìn)行探討,并指出李續(xù)賓為人處事方式對其失敗產(chǎn)生了重要影響。
[Abstract]:Li Dianbin is a famous general of Hunan Army. In suppressing the uprising of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, Li was a very influential figure in the history of Hunan Army because he was reused by the Qing government because of his war achievements. The research on Li Dianbin will help to understand the history of Hunan army's early war. However, at present, the academic circles pay little attention to Li Dianbin's research, and only a few monographs are devoted to the discussion of the reasons for the defeat of the battle of the three rivers of the Xiang Army. However, for Li's early life, the military activities before the battle of the three rivers are seldom involved. Li Dianbin is famous for his distinctive personality among the generals of the Xiang Army, whose personality largely determines his success and failure. Therefore, this paper attempts to study the characters with his ideological character as the starting point. Through this perspective, I hope to get a more comprehensive understanding of the characters and get rid of the monotonous narration of historical figures. The text of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part examines the influence of growing up environment on Li's ideological character from the aspects of social atmosphere and family environment, personal gift and interaction with teachers and friends. The second part introduces the basic situation of Li Dianbin's group and evaluates the different viewpoints of the academic circles on the origin of Xiangjun. The third part reviews Li's performance in combat, selects three representative battles in Li's war career, and explains the reasons for Li's outstanding achievements in the war, including proper use of tactics, perseverance and bravery, and strict administration of the army. The main reason is that the sergeant is willing to work for him. In the fourth part, the author discusses the different understanding of Li's defeat in the last three rivers of the first World War, and points out that Li's way of dealing with people has an important influence on his failure.
