【摘要】："滿洲國(guó)"建立后,為了加強(qiáng)統(tǒng)治,對(duì)東蒙古(本文泛指內(nèi)蒙古東部地區(qū))的文化教育采取了一些相應(yīng)的措施,使當(dāng)時(shí)相繼出現(xiàn)一些蒙古文化團(tuán)體。蒙古會(huì)館與青旗社作為"滿洲國(guó)"時(shí)期的蒙古文化團(tuán)體,其所做事務(wù)對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)蒙古社會(huì)產(chǎn)生了一定的影響。因此,探究蒙古會(huì)館與青旗社,對(duì)"滿洲國(guó)"時(shí)期的殖民地文化研究有重要的價(jià)值和實(shí)際意義。筆者在充分吸取前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步挖掘當(dāng)時(shí)的相關(guān)史料,試圖展示蒙古會(huì)館與青旗社的詳盡史實(shí)。與此同時(shí),通過探述蒙古會(huì)館與青旗社的繼承關(guān)系及其事業(yè)的異同,進(jìn)而加以論證"滿洲國(guó)"時(shí)期對(duì)蒙文化政策的變化。本文由緒論、正文、結(jié)語(yǔ)三個(gè)部分組成。在緒論部分簡(jiǎn)述了選題意義、前人研究成果、基本史料介紹和研究方法與重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)。正文分四章,第一章主要論述了歷史背景,即"滿洲國(guó)"的建立及其對(duì)蒙文化政策。第二章詳細(xì)闡述了蒙古會(huì)館的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、相關(guān)職員、所做事業(yè)及其影響。第三章主要從青旗社的創(chuàng)設(shè)、職員、社友到青旗社事業(yè)及其影響進(jìn)行具體敘述。第四章先確認(rèn)蒙古會(huì)館與青旗社的繼承關(guān)系,再?gòu)膬蓹C(jī)構(gòu)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、屬性和事業(yè)的角度進(jìn)行比較。在結(jié)語(yǔ)部分對(duì)蒙古會(huì)館與青旗社事業(yè)的異同進(jìn)行分析,論證了日本殖民統(tǒng)治者對(duì)蒙文化政策的變化。
[Abstract]:After the establishment of "Manchukuo", in order to strengthen the rule, some corresponding measures were taken to the culture and education of East Mongolia (this article refers to the eastern region of Inner Mongolia), which led to the emergence of some Mongolian cultural groups at that time. As a Mongolian cultural organization in the period of Manchukuo, Mongolian Guild Hall and Qingqi Society had a certain influence on Mongolian society at that time. Therefore, it is of great value and practical significance to explore the Mongolian clubhouse and the Qing Banner Society for the study of the colonial culture during the Manchukuo period. On the basis of absorbing the previous research results, the author further excavates the relevant historical materials at that time, and tries to show the detailed historical facts of the Mongolian Guild Hall and the Qingqi Society. At the same time, the paper discusses the inheritance relationship between Mongolian Guild and Qing Banner Society and the similarities and differences of their undertakings, and then proves the change of cultural policy to Mongolia during the period of Manchukuo. This paper consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. In the introduction part, the significance of the topic, the previous research results, the introduction of the basic historical data, the research methods and the key points and difficulties are briefly described. The text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter mainly discusses the historical background, that is, the establishment of Manchukuo and its cultural policy towards Mongolia. In the second chapter, the organization structure, the related staff, the cause and the influence of Mongolian clubhouse are described in detail. The third chapter mainly from the establishment of green flag club, staff, community friends to the cause of green flag club and its impact on specific narration. The fourth chapter first confirms the inheritance relationship between Mongolian Guild and Qingqi Society, and then compares the organizational structure, attributes and undertakings of the two institutions. In the conclusion part, the similarities and differences between Mongolian clubhouse and Qingqi society are analyzed, and the changes of Japanese colonial rulers' cultural policy towards Mongolia are demonstrated.
