【摘要】：1937年“七七事變”日本全面侵華,中華民族面臨亡國滅種的危險,在此環(huán)境下,在中共的倡議和堅持下,為挽救民族危機,兩黨決然結束了長達十年的內(nèi)戰(zhàn),并開啟了國共的第二次合作。與初次合作相異,此次合作,國共雙方采用了黨外合作的形式,在保持各自組織機制獨立運行的基礎上,創(chuàng)造出一套行之有效的合作模式和機制,而包含其中的國共雙方的輿論平臺的構建,尤為顯著�！靶侣劷缰εc否,努力途徑之正確與否”成為“直接決定抗戰(zhàn)建國成敗之重要力量；①蔣介石也曾說：“今當我國努力抗戰(zhàn)之時,我新聞界為國奮斗責任之重大,實不亞于前線沖鋒陷陣之戰(zhàn)士”②,為此,中共以在重慶公開發(fā)行的《新華日報》、《群眾》為平臺,盛邀國民黨以及社會大眾參與,引領抗戰(zhàn)輿論的導向,構建起以國共為主導,社會大眾普遍參加的第二次國共合作的輿論平臺。八年抗戰(zhàn),以此輿論平臺為中心,國共雙方在新聞宣傳和社會活動上有力地推動和發(fā)展了抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線。同時,此輿論平臺的有效運行,在維護國共團結,堅持抗戰(zhàn)等方面發(fā)揮了巨大作用。 迄今為止,學術界涉及第二次國共合作的研究成果可謂汗牛充棟,不勝枚舉。但關于第二次國共合作期間,國共在輿論層面所進行的合作,尤其是以《新華日報》、《群眾》周刊為載體建立起來的輿論平臺,卻尚未見有相關的專題性研究。有鑒于第二次國共合作的輿論平臺在抗戰(zhàn)時期發(fā)揮的巨大的歷史作用,具體論述輿論平臺的功能和作用,無疑具有深厚的歷史蘊涵,以及現(xiàn)實意義。探索分析第二次國共合作期間中共在重慶的輿論平臺在抗戰(zhàn)時期是如何維護國共兩黨及社會民眾團結一心積極抗戰(zhàn)的歷史可以為新時期第三次國共合作提供可以借鑒的歷史依據(jù),同時努力構建兩岸政黨交流與合作的平臺對推動新時期國共兩黨合作和海峽兩岸統(tǒng)一具有重要意義。 本文在前人相關研究的基礎上,通過對相關文獻資料的整理,梳理出第二次國共合作期間中共在重慶的輿論平臺的運行與實施機制,總結第二次國共合作期間中共在重慶的輿論平臺的功能與特點。全文在邏輯結構上由導言、正文四部分及結語構成。 在導言部分,闡述了為什么要選擇本論題及其研究意義,對國內(nèi)外關于本論題的研究現(xiàn)狀作了檢索和述評,同時確定自己的研究思路和研究方法,并對相關概念做一界定。 第一部分：第二次國共合作期間中共在重慶的輿論平臺的確立與發(fā)展。本部分主要闡述第二次國共合作期間中共在重慶的輿論平臺建立的背景和發(fā)展歷程。從適應抗戰(zhàn)的需要、保證國共合作順暢的需要、輿論宣傳的需要三方面論述其建立的背景,其次從輿論平臺形成、發(fā)展和結束三個階段來厘清第二次國共合作期間中共在重慶的輿論平臺的發(fā)展歷程。 第二部分：第二次國共合作期間中共在重慶的輿論平臺的運作與實施。本部分是文章的重點也是難點。在這一部分主要從國共兩黨對政治議題的爭議與斗爭,對軍事議題的爭論與合作這兩個在當時兩黨合作最大的分歧的議題切入,通過國共兩黨對這兩大議題的態(tài)度和意見在《新華日報》、《群眾》上的爭論來闡述第二次國共合作期間中共在重慶的輿論平臺是如何運作和實施的。 第三部分：第二次國共合作期間中共在重慶的輿論平臺的功能與特點。在第二部分的基礎上總結概括出第二次國共合作期間中共在重慶的輿論平臺在功能方面具有輿論導向功能、精神激勵功能、凝聚民心功能；在特點方面具有團結與斗爭、包容與多元、原則性與靈活性相統(tǒng)一、鮮明的黨性和強烈的人民性的典型特征。 第四部分：第二次國共合作期間中共在重慶的輿論平臺的意義。通過第二三部分的論述,在此基礎上得出經(jīng)驗與現(xiàn)實意義,為新時期第三次國共合作提供啟示和借鑒,以促進祖國統(tǒng)一大業(yè)的早日實現(xiàn)。 結語部分：闡述了本文寫作的出發(fā)點及論證的合理性,并希望能對新時期臺海關系的發(fā)展有所啟示。
[Abstract]:In 1937, the "77 incident" of Japan invaded China in an all-round way, and the Chinese nation faced the danger of subjugation and extinction. Under this environment, in order to save the national crisis, the two parties ended the ten year civil war and opened the second cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. On the basis of maintaining the independent operation of their respective organizational mechanisms, the form of the work creates a set of effective cooperation modes and mechanisms, including the construction of the public opinion platform of the Kuomintang and the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. "The efforts of the press and the correct way of the effort" have become "the important power to determine the success or failure of the war of resistance and the founding of the people's Republic of China." Jiang Jieshi also said: "when our country strives for the war of resistance, our press is a great responsibility for the struggle for the country, it is no less than the fighters in front of the front line". For this reason, the Communist Party of China has invited the Kuomintang and the public to participate in the open issue of the Xinhua daily in Chongqing and the masses, leading the guidance of the Anti Japanese War public opinion. With the leadership of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, the public opinion platform for the second Kuomintang and the Communist Party, which is generally attended by the public, is the center of the eight years of resistance to the public opinion platform. The Kuomintang and the Communist Party have vigorously promoted and developed the Anti Japanese National United Front in the news propaganda and social activities. At the same time, the effective operation of the public opinion platform is to maintain the unity of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party and adhere to the Anti Japanese war. The surface played a great role.
So far, the research achievements of the second cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party in the academic circle are numerous and numerous. But in the period of the second Kuomintang and the Communist Party Cooperation, the cooperation of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party in the public opinion level, especially the public opinion platform established by the Xinhua daily, the mass and the weekly, has not yet been studied. The great historical role played by the public opinion platform of the second Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China in the war of resistance and the function and function of the platform of public opinion undoubtedly has a profound historical implication and practical significance. It also explores how to maintain the Kuomintang and the Communist Party and the society during the anti Japanese war during the period of the Anti Japanese war between the Communist Party of China in the Communist Party of China in the second Kuomintang and the Communist party cooperation. The history of the unity of the people and the active resistance to the war can provide a historical basis for the third Kuomintang Communist Party Cooperation in the new period. On the basis of the previous studies, the paper collate the relevant documents and sort out the operation and implementation mechanism of the public opinion platform of the Communist Party of China during the second Kuomintang and the Communist Party Cooperation, and summarize the functions and characteristics of the public opinion platform of the Communist Party of China in the period of the second Kuomintang and the Communist party cooperation. In the introduction part, it explains why it is necessary to choose the topic and its significance, to search and comment on the research status of the topic at home and abroad, and to determine its own research ideas and methods, and to define the related concepts.
The first part: the establishment and development of the public opinion platform of the Communist Party of China during the second Kuomintang and the Communist party cooperation. This part is the key and difficult point of the article. In this part, the main issues are the dispute and cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of Chongqing on the political issues, the dispute and cooperation on military issues, which are the two issues of the greatest disagreement between the two parties at that time. The attitudes and opinions of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party on these two issues were discussed in the debate on Xinhua daily and the masses to explain how the public opinion platform of the Communist Party of China in Chongqing was operated and implemented during the second Kuomintang communist cooperation.
The third part: the functions and characteristics of the public opinion platform of the Communist Party of China in the period of the second Kuomintang and the Communist party cooperation. On the basis of the second part, it summarizes and summarizes the function of public opinion in the function aspects of the public opinion platform of the Communist Party of China in the period of the second Kuomintang and the Communist Party Cooperation, the spirit incentive function, the cohesive function of the people, and the unity of the characteristics in the aspects of the public opinion. The fourth part: the significance of the public opinion platform of the Communist Party of China in Chongqing during the second Kuomintang and the Communist party cooperation. Through the discussion of part two or three, we can draw experience and practical significance on this basis, and provide enlightenment and reference for the third Kuomintang communist cooperation in the new period, in order to promote the early realization of the great cause of the reunification of the motherland.
Conclusion: This paper expounds the starting point and the rationality of the argumentation, and hopes to enlighten the development of Taiwan Strait Relations in the new era.
