【摘要】： 從1827年第一部經(jīng)世文編刊行至清朝統(tǒng)治結(jié)束,十多部經(jīng)世文編相繼問(wèn)世。其間歷經(jīng)近80年,形成了晚清獨(dú)特的文化現(xiàn)象。文編的選文涵蓋了清代政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事、法律、外交等各個(gè)方面,為我們提供了重要的參考資料,具有較高的史料價(jià)值�！敖�(jīng)世致用”是其編撰的指導(dǎo)思想,目的是為統(tǒng)治者提供參考,促使其改革弊政,變法自強(qiáng)。對(duì)外交問(wèn)題的關(guān)注也是文編編纂目的的一個(gè)重要表現(xiàn)。因此,有必要對(duì)各時(shí)期具有代表性的經(jīng)世文編進(jìn)行外交思想研究。 對(duì)國(guó)際法的認(rèn)識(shí),均勢(shì)思想,對(duì)使領(lǐng)制度的認(rèn)識(shí)是經(jīng)世文編的編者們關(guān)注較多的三個(gè)方面。這十部文編體現(xiàn)出了晚清時(shí)期西方外交理論對(duì)中國(guó)知識(shí)界的影響日益深入。鴉片戰(zhàn)后至甲午戰(zhàn)前這一階段,隨著國(guó)門的逐漸打開(kāi),開(kāi)明的士大夫們希望中國(guó)融入近代國(guó)際社會(huì),因此對(duì)國(guó)際法的介紹、傳播在這個(gè)時(shí)期的文編中表現(xiàn)得十分突出;甲午戰(zhàn)后,士大夫進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)到了中國(guó)的落后,為維護(hù)中國(guó)在國(guó)際社會(huì)的地位,均勢(shì)理論被大量介紹,士大夫階層也熱衷于探討運(yùn)用均勢(shì)理論來(lái)處理中外關(guān)系;對(duì)使領(lǐng)制度的討論也是文編的一個(gè)重要方面。隨著國(guó)際法、均勢(shì)觀被士大夫們進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí),士大夫們也逐漸認(rèn)識(shí)到“公法不足恃”,均勢(shì)觀在強(qiáng)大的西方國(guó)家間的運(yùn)用也無(wú)法盡如人意,只有“自強(qiáng)”才能使公法維護(hù)自身的利益,均勢(shì)觀也才能體現(xiàn)出效果,派駐國(guó)外的使節(jié)也才能真正維護(hù)本國(guó)的權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:From the publication of the first book in 1827 to the end of the Qing Dynasty, more than a dozen of them were published one after another. During the period of nearly 80 years, formed a unique cultural phenomenon in the late Qing Dynasty. The selected articles cover the political, economic, military, legal, diplomatic and other aspects of the Qing Dynasty, providing us with important reference materials with high historical value. "using the world" is its guiding ideology, which aims to provide reference for the rulers, to promote the reform of malpractice and self-improvement. Attention to diplomatic issues is also an important manifestation of the compilation purpose. Therefore, it is necessary to study the diplomatic thoughts of the representative articles in various periods. The understanding of international law, the thought of balance of power and the understanding of the system are three aspects that editors pay more attention to. These ten articles reflect the influence of the western diplomatic theory on the intellectual circles in the late Qing Dynasty. During the period from the opium war to the period before the Sino-Japanese War, with the opening of the country gradually, the enlightened literati and officials hoped that China would integrate into the modern international society, so the introduction of international law was very prominent in the literary editing of this period. After the Jiawu war, the literati and officials further realized the backwardness of China. In order to safeguard China's position in the international community, the theory of balance of power was introduced in large numbers, and the literati and officials were also keen to discuss the use of the theory of balance of power to deal with the Sino-foreign relations. The discussion of the system is also an important aspect of literary editing. With the development of international law, the concept of balance of power has been further recognized by literati and officials, and they have gradually realized that "public law is insufficient", and the application of the concept of balance of power among powerful western countries has not been satisfactory. Only by "self-strengthening" can public law safeguard their own interests, balance of power can also reflect the effect, and envoys stationed abroad can truly safeguard their own rights and interests.
