【摘要】： 抗日戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期是鄧子恢從事革命生涯中的一個(gè)極其重要時(shí)期。作為新四軍的主要將領(lǐng)和堅(jiān)持華中敵后抗戰(zhàn)的重要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人,鄧子恢先后出任新四軍政治部副主任、民運(yùn)部部長和中共淮北黨政軍委員會(huì)書記等黨政軍職務(wù)。鄧子恢認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行黨中央的抗戰(zhàn)方針與策略,為取得華中敵后抗戰(zhàn)的最后勝利做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。 本文從四個(gè)方面來探討鄧子恢同志對華中敵后抗戰(zhàn)的主要貢獻(xiàn)。第一、鄧子恢在民運(yùn)工作中堅(jiān)持群眾路線,深入群眾,積極宣傳,把開展民運(yùn)工作與實(shí)現(xiàn)群眾利益相結(jié)合,發(fā)動(dòng)群眾積極抗戰(zhàn)。第二、鄧子恢堅(jiān)持獨(dú)立自主原則和“發(fā)展進(jìn)步勢力、爭取中間勢力、孤立頑固勢力”的抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的策略方針,保證抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的正確方向；正確協(xié)調(diào)各階級(jí)、各階層的利益關(guān)系,調(diào)動(dòng)一切力量積極抗日。第三、鄧子恢高度重視軍隊(duì)政治建設(shè),視軍隊(duì)政治建設(shè)為人民軍隊(duì)的生命線,應(yīng)用多種方式開展軍隊(duì)政治工作,壯大抗日武裝,鞏固抗日政權(quán)。第四、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)新四軍反頑反“掃蕩”,開展根據(jù)地黨的建設(shè)、政權(quán)建設(shè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和文化建設(shè),為華中敵后抗日政權(quán)的鞏固,群眾生活的改善做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。 全面的研究鄧子恢對華中敵后抗戰(zhàn)的貢獻(xiàn),對于科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)鄧子恢同志的歷史功績,深化對中國抗日戰(zhàn)爭史和新四軍史的研究都具有理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The War of Resistance against Japan was an extremely important period in Deng Zihui's revolutionary career. As the main general of the New fourth Army and an important leader who persisted in the Anti-Japanese War behind the enemy lines in central China, Deng Zihui served successively as deputy director of the political Department of the New fourth Army, minister of democratic movement and secretary of the Huaibei Party, Government and Army Committee of the Communist Party of China. Deng Zihui conscientiously carried out the Party Central Committee's anti-Japanese policy and strategy, and made great contributions to the final victory of the Anti-Japanese War behind the enemy lines in Central China. This paper probes into Comrade Deng Zihui's main contribution to the Anti-Japanese War behind Central China from four aspects. First, Deng Zihui adheres to the mass line in the work of the democratic movement, goes deep into the masses, actively propagandizes, combines the work of carrying out the democratic movement with the realization of the interests of the masses, and calls on the masses to actively resist the war. Second, Deng Zihui adheres to the principle of independence and independence and the strategic policy of the anti-Japanese national United front of "developing progressive forces, winning over the middle forces and isolating the diehard forces", so as to ensure the correct direction of the anti-Japanese national United front and to correctly coordinate the various classes. Relations of interest at all levels and mobilization of all forces to actively resist Japan. Third, Deng Zihui attaches great importance to the political construction of the army, regards it as the lifeline of the people's army, and applies various ways to carry out the political work of the army, to strengthen the anti-Japanese armed forces and to consolidate the anti-Japanese regime. Fourth, leading the New fourth Army to "sweep up" the anti-recalcitrant forces and carrying out the Party building, political power construction, economic construction and cultural construction in the base areas, which have made important contributions to the consolidation of the anti-Japanese regime behind the enemy lines in Central China and the improvement of the people's living standards. A comprehensive study of Deng Zihui's contribution to the Anti-Japanese War behind the enemy lines in Central China is of theoretical and practical significance for scientifically evaluating Comrade Deng Zihui's historical achievements and deepening the study of the history of the Chinese War of Resistance against Japan and the History of the New fourth Army.
