【摘要】：安徽近代商會(huì)肇啟于近代中國(guó)商會(huì)興辦的時(shí)代潮流中。1905年,近代安徽地區(qū)最早的商會(huì)組織——安慶商務(wù)總會(huì)成立。安徽各地商會(huì)隨之相繼成立。伴隨組織的建立與完善,商會(huì)活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展因之而來(lái)。近代安徽地區(qū)的商會(huì)組織以自身的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、社會(huì)公益、商業(yè)教育等方面的活動(dòng),參與到安徽地方社會(huì)的方方面面,對(duì)其發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了深刻而長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的影響。所以,盡管近代安徽商會(huì)在全國(guó)眾多商會(huì)中來(lái)看并不算別具一格、獨(dú)具特色的"最佳主角",基本屬于商會(huì)大家庭中的"普通一員",但因其參與了近代安徽經(jīng)歷的諸多歷史大事,在安徽近代化進(jìn)程中扮演了重要角色,故對(duì)安徽近代史的研究而言具有重要意義。本文主要分為六個(gè)部分。緒論部分,首先對(duì)論文的研究目的與意義進(jìn)行闡釋,其次對(duì)相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)史作了回顧,最后對(duì)論文的研究思路、方法及創(chuàng)新與不足做了系統(tǒng)的介紹。論文主體部分為四章。第一章主要分析近代安徽商會(huì)的緣起背景,介紹其成立概況和組織情況,并系統(tǒng)闡述商會(huì)發(fā)展演變的四個(gè)重要時(shí)期:初生探索時(shí)期(1905-1915)、發(fā)展時(shí)期(1916-1926)、短暫動(dòng)蕩期(1927-1929)、轉(zhuǎn)折期(1930-1938)。第二章從倡辦地方實(shí)業(yè)、穩(wěn)定地方金融市場(chǎng)、抵制苛捐雜稅等方面出發(fā)探討商會(huì)在地方經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)中所發(fā)揮的作用。第三章立足于協(xié)助地方政府治理、應(yīng)對(duì)地方秩序失范、參與民族主義運(yùn)動(dòng)等考察基點(diǎn),透視商會(huì)的政治活動(dòng),發(fā)現(xiàn)商會(huì)對(duì)地方政治起到重要作用的同時(shí),還存在自身的弱點(diǎn),例如存在商人私利與民族大義相悖的窘境。第四章主要考察商會(huì)的社會(huì)公益活動(dòng)和商業(yè)教育活動(dòng),展現(xiàn)商會(huì)的社會(huì)責(zé)任感以及開(kāi)展商業(yè)教育在安徽教育近代化過(guò)程中的微薄之功。最后為結(jié)語(yǔ)部分,對(duì)上述四章進(jìn)行一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的分析歸納,并嘗試性提出近代安徽商會(huì)最終走向沒(méi)落的一個(gè)重要原因?yàn)闄?quán)力侵蝕所致。
[Abstract]:In 1905, Anqing Chamber of Commerce, the earliest organization of the Chamber of Commerce in modern Anhui Province, was founded by the Anqing Chamber of Commerce. The chambers of commerce in various parts of Anhui were established one after another. With the establishment and improvement of the organization, the development of the Chamber of Commerce activities. The modern Anhui Chamber of Commerce organized its own economic, political, social public welfare, business education and other activities, participated in all aspects of Anhui local society, and had a profound and long-term impact on its development. Therefore, although the modern Anhui Chamber of Commerce is not unique in many chambers of commerce throughout the country, the unique "best protagonist" basically belongs to the "ordinary member" of the Chamber of Commerce family, but because of its participation in many historical events experienced in modern Anhui, It plays an important role in the process of Anhui modernization, so it is of great significance to the study of Anhui modern history. This paper is divided into six parts. In the introduction part, firstly, the purpose and significance of the thesis are explained, secondly, the relevant academic history is reviewed. Finally, the research ideas, methods, innovations and shortcomings of the thesis are systematically introduced. The main part of the paper is four chapters. The first chapter mainly analyzes the origin background of Anhui Chamber of Commerce in modern times, introduces the general situation of its establishment and organization, and systematically expounds the four important periods of the development and evolution of the Chamber of Commerce: the initial exploration period (1905-1915), the development period (1916-1926), the brief turbulent period (1927-1929), the turning point period (1930-1938). The second chapter discusses the role of chamber of commerce in local economic activities from the aspects of promoting local industry, stabilizing local financial market and resisting exorbitant taxes. The third chapter is based on assisting the local government to govern, dealing with the disorder of local order, participating in the nationalist movement, examining the political activities of the Chamber of Commerce, and finding that the Chamber of Commerce plays an important role in the local politics, and at the same time, it also has its own weaknesses. For example, there exists a dilemma in which businessmen 'selfish interests and the great interests of the nation run counter to each other. The fourth chapter mainly studies the social public welfare activities and the business education activities of the Chamber of Commerce, showing the social responsibility of the Chamber of Commerce and the modest achievements of the business education in the process of Anhui education modernization. The last part is the conclusion, which makes a systematic analysis of the above four chapters, and tries to put forward that one of the important reasons for the final decline of Anhui Chamber of Commerce in modern times is the erosion of power.
