【摘要】：毛澤東國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略思想是毛澤東思想的重要組成部分,它發(fā)源于毛澤東軍事思想又是對(duì)其的向外延伸,并漸漸臻于成熟。新中國(guó)成立初期,毛澤東基于國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和國(guó)際環(huán)境的變化,以維護(hù)國(guó)家主權(quán)和領(lǐng)土完整,確保國(guó)家和人民的利益為根本出發(fā)點(diǎn)制定出一系列的國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略。毛澤東在綜合分析國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際形勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上認(rèn)識(shí)到:若想使新中國(guó)不在襁褓中夭折必定要統(tǒng)一中國(guó)、穩(wěn)固中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位,然而政權(quán)的穩(wěn)固必定要有強(qiáng)大的國(guó)防為護(hù)盾�！皣�(guó)家利益”是毛澤東國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略思想最直觀的出發(fā)點(diǎn),兼顧政治利益和經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。人民民主專(zhuān)政的新中國(guó)成立后,受邊境戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、局部地區(qū)沖突的威脅多次調(diào)整和改變國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略,國(guó)際格局尤其是中蘇、中美關(guān)系的變化對(duì)毛澤東國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略思想影響尤為重要。本文從毛澤東對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)情況的閱讀以及國(guó)際局勢(shì)的了解為基礎(chǔ)深入探索毛澤東以“積極防御”為主,卻極具伸縮性的國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略,分析不同階段外交策略對(duì)國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略思想的影響。毛澤東的國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略思想并不是簡(jiǎn)單的御敵于國(guó)門(mén)之外,還有發(fā)展以“空、潛、快”為主的各兵種,建設(shè)強(qiáng)大的航空、海軍,提高軍隊(duì)的正規(guī)化,造就國(guó)防的現(xiàn)代化。毛澤東國(guó)防戰(zhàn)略思想不僅建設(shè)強(qiáng)大的國(guó)家防御體系還有后方體系如三線建設(shè)等。它不僅揭示了我國(guó)國(guó)防的基本過(guò)略,也為中華民族的強(qiáng)國(guó)之夢(mèng)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's strategic thought of national defense is an important part of Mao Zedong's thought. It originates from the military thought of Mao Zedong and extends it outward and gradually matures. At the beginning of the founding of New China, Mao Zedong formulated a series of national defense strategies based on the changes of national development strategy and international environment, in order to safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity and ensure the interests of the state and the people. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the domestic and international situation, Mao Zedong realized that if new China is not to die in its infancy, it must unify China and stabilize the leading position of the Communist Party of China, but the stability of political power must have strong national defense as the shield. National interest is the most intuitionistic starting point of Mao Zedong's national defense strategic thought, taking into account both political and economic interests. After the founding of New China under the people's democratic dictatorship, under the threat of border war and local regional conflicts, the national defense strategy was adjusted and changed many times. The changes in the international situation, especially between China and the Soviet Union, and the changes in Sino-US relations have a particularly important impact on Mao Zedong's national defense strategic thinking. Based on Mao Zedong's reading of the domestic situation and the understanding of the international situation, this paper probes into the national defense strategy which is mainly "active defense", but which is very flexible, and analyzes the influence of diplomatic strategies in different stages on the national defense strategic thought. Mao Zedong's strategic idea of national defense is not simply to resist the enemy outside the country, but also to develop various arms with "empty, submersible, and fast" as the main force, to build a strong aviation and navy, to improve the regularization of the army, and to bring up the modernization of national defense. Mao Zedong's national defense strategy not only builds a strong national defense system, but also a rear system such as three-line construction. It not only reveals the basic strategy of China's national defense, but also lays the foundation for the dream of the Chinese nation as a powerful nation.
