鐵路與蘭州城市發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:作為甘肅政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文化中心的蘭州,是甘寧青地區(qū)的交通咽喉,歷來(lái)都是甘寧青地區(qū)的物資集散地和經(jīng)濟(jì)交流中心。但鴉片戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)后,在中國(guó)沿海沿江出現(xiàn)了一批開(kāi)埠通商城市與港口。這些港口城市由于其優(yōu)越的地理位置,便利的水路交通條件以及外來(lái)因素的影響獲得了快速的發(fā)展,成為中國(guó)近代化的基地和中心。而蘭州相對(duì)于沿海沿江港口城市來(lái)說(shuō),交通運(yùn)輸條件差,地理位置閉塞,因而長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),未得到應(yīng)有的開(kāi)發(fā)。蘭州發(fā)展日趨緩慢,并最終導(dǎo)致與其它沿海沿江港口城市的差距日益拉大。 20世紀(jì)50年代,隴海鐵路天蘭段、蘭新鐵路、包蘭鐵路、蘭青鐵路相繼建成通車(chē),改變了甘肅的交通運(yùn)輸條件。作為四條鐵路交匯點(diǎn)的蘭州迅速崛起,并最終成為西北最大的鐵路運(yùn)輸樞紐。由于鐵路的通車(chē),蘭州的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)更加突出,在短短的幾年內(nèi),,蘭州迅速成長(zhǎng)為西北重要的工商業(yè)城市。本文重點(diǎn)考察20世紀(jì)50年代鐵路對(duì)蘭州巨大的推動(dòng)作用:鐵路成為運(yùn)輸主導(dǎo)并使蘭州成為西北最大的鐵路樞紐;帶動(dòng)蘭州城市人口的激增和服務(wù)業(yè)以及商業(yè)的發(fā)展;促進(jìn)了蘭州現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的騰飛;加速了蘭州城市規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大和市政建設(shè)的發(fā)展。 筆者通過(guò)對(duì)大量的地方志材料進(jìn)行梳理,系統(tǒng)地闡述了鐵路通車(chē)前后蘭州的交通運(yùn)輸以及城市巨大的變化。并通過(guò)通車(chē)前后比較,使大家清楚地看到:鐵路是國(guó)家重要的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的大動(dòng)脈,交通運(yùn)輸體系的骨干。鐵路對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起著舉足輕重的作用。而對(duì)蘭州城市發(fā)展軌跡的論述,則為西部大開(kāi)發(fā)戰(zhàn)略背景下一個(gè)城市的發(fā)展提供一個(gè)成功的范例。
[Abstract]:As the political, economic and cultural center of Gansu, Lanzhou is the transportation throat of Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai, and has always been the center of material distribution and economic exchange in Gansu, Ningxia and Qinghai.However, after the Opium War, a number of open ports and ports appeared along the rivers along the coast of China.Due to their superior geographical location, convenient waterway traffic conditions and the influence of external factors, these port cities have developed rapidly and become the base and center of modernization of China.Compared with the coastal port city, Lanzhou has poor transportation conditions and closed geographical position, so it has not been developed properly for a long time.Lanzhou is developing slowly and eventually leading to a widening gap with other coastal port cities along the Yangtze River.In the 1950s, Tianlan section of Longhai Railway, Lanxin Railway, Baolan Railway and Lanqing Railway were built and opened to traffic one after another, which changed the transportation conditions in Gansu.Lanzhou, as the intersection of four railways, rose rapidly and eventually became the largest railway transportation hub in Northwest China.Due to the opening of the railway, Lanzhou's geographical advantages are more prominent, in a few years, Lanzhou has rapidly grown into an important industrial and commercial city in Northwest China.This paper focuses on the role of railway in promoting Lanzhou in the 1950s: the railway becomes the leading transportation and makes Lanzhou the largest railway hub in northwest China, driving the rapid increase of urban population and the development of service industry and commerce in Lanzhou;It promotes the development of Lanzhou modern industry, accelerates the expansion of Lanzhou city scale and the development of municipal construction.By combing a large number of local records, the author systematically expounds the traffic and transportation of Lanzhou and the great changes of the city before and after the opening of the railway.Through the comparison before and after opening to traffic, we can clearly see that railway is the important infrastructure of the country, the artery of the national economy, and the backbone of the transportation system.Railway plays an important role in the development of national economy.The discussion of the development track of Lanzhou city provides a successful example for the development of a city under the background of the western development strategy.
