【摘要】：在近代中國紡織業(yè)的大蕭條之際，大成企業(yè)集團(tuán)卻取得了輝煌的成就。大成企業(yè)集團(tuán)的發(fā)展歷程中，有效的員工培訓(xùn)措施是其取得成功的重要原因之一。本文主要采用歷史分析法，同時(shí)結(jié)合人力資源培訓(xùn)與開發(fā)的相關(guān)理論對(duì)近代大成企業(yè)集團(tuán)員工培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行分析。 綜觀中國近代紡織業(yè)發(fā)展史，企業(yè)發(fā)展面對(duì)的最大瓶頸是人才短缺，為了解決這一問題，大成企業(yè)集團(tuán)結(jié)合企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況，充分利用社會(huì)資源，采取了有效的培訓(xùn)措施，企業(yè)主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人統(tǒng)一思想重視職工教育，自上而下制定職工教育規(guī)劃，廣開學(xué)路采取多種形式，，不僅提升企業(yè)最高管理者的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，更新了企業(yè)管理層的管理理念，開發(fā)了一線職工的勞動(dòng)潛能，帶來了巨大的企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)效益，而且大大地提升了大成企業(yè)集團(tuán)的綜合競爭能力，同時(shí)也對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了巨大的推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:During the Great Depression of China's textile industry in modern times, Dacheng Enterprise Group has made brilliant achievements.In the development of Dacheng Enterprise Group, effective employee training measures are one of the important reasons for its success.This article mainly adopts the historical analysis method, simultaneously unifies the human resources training and the development correlation theory to carry on the analysis to the modern Dacheng enterprise group staff training.In view of the history of the textile industry in modern China, the biggest bottleneck facing the development of enterprises is the shortage of talents. In order to solve this problem, Dacheng Enterprise Group has taken effective training measures in combination with the actual situation of the enterprises and making full use of social resources.The main leaders of the enterprise attach great importance to the education of the workers and staff, draw up the plan for the education of the workers from the top to the bottom, and adopt a wide range of ways of learning, which not only enhance the leadership ability of the top managers of the enterprise, but also renew the management concepts of the management of the enterprises.It has developed the labor potential of front-line staff and workers, has brought enormous economic and social benefits of enterprises, and greatly promoted the comprehensive competitive ability of Dacheng enterprise group, and at the same time has produced a huge impetus to the development of regional economy.
