【摘要】：抗日戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)后,東部沿江沿海城市相繼淪陷,國民政府西遷重慶,并把重慶定為臨時首都,重慶也從一座不知名的城市一躍成為戰(zhàn)時的政治、文化和教育中心。重慶成為陪都后,國民政府的各機關、工廠企業(yè)和學校等單位大量遷渝。此時,國民政府意識到抗戰(zhàn)建國和社會發(fā)展急需大量技術(shù)人才,大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育已成勢所必然。于是在國民政府及其教育部的領導下,重慶市教育行政當局在本市積極推進職業(yè)教育。戰(zhàn)時的職業(yè)教育有些經(jīng)驗值得當今社會借鑒,同時也存在眾多問題,需要引起我們共同反思。 全文共分導論、第一、二、三章,共四個部分： 導論部分闡明了本論文的研究意義,對相關概念進行了界定,分析了該問題的研究現(xiàn)狀,并對研究思路和研究方法做了簡要說明。 正文第一部分,主要介紹了抗戰(zhàn)時期國民政府經(jīng)過仔細斟酌后提出對教育“戰(zhàn)時當作平時看”的總方針。重慶市教育主管部門根據(jù)國民政府的教育總方針,結(jié)合重慶具體實際情況制訂了一系列政策并依據(jù)所定政策采取了一些措施,使重慶的職業(yè)教育在戰(zhàn)時那樣艱難的情況下取得了快速發(fā)展。 正文第二部分,從抗戰(zhàn)時期重慶職業(yè)教育數(shù)量變化、課程設置與學校管理、學校的招生與學生就業(yè)、職業(yè)學校教師培訓和待遇等方面進行了簡要分析。 正文第三部分,對抗戰(zhàn)時期重慶職業(yè)教育所取得的歷史經(jīng)驗和存在的問題進行了探討,著重指出存在的問題,比方對教育經(jīng)費、課程設置與社會實踐相脫節(jié)等方面的問題進行了簡要論述。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, the eastern coastal cities along the Yangtze River fell one after another, and the National Government moved west to Chongqing, which was designated as the temporary capital. Chongqing also leapt from an unknown city to a wartime political, cultural and educational center.After Chongqing became the capital, the various organs, factories, enterprises and schools of the National Government moved to Chongqing in large numbers.At this time, the National Government realized that the establishment of the War of Resistance against Japan and social development needed a large number of technical personnel, and vigorously develop vocational education has become a trend of necessity.Therefore, under the leadership of the National Government and its Ministry of Education, Chongqing Education Administration actively promotes vocational education in this city.Some experiences of vocational education in wartime are worth learning from today's society, but there are also many problems, which need to be reconsidered by us.The full text is divided into four parts: chapter one, chapter two and chapter three.The introduction clarifies the significance of this paper, defines the related concepts, analyzes the present situation of the research, and gives a brief explanation of the research ideas and methods.The first part of the text mainly introduces the national government's general policy on education during the War of Resistance against Japan.According to the general education policy of the national government, the Chongqing education department has formulated a series of policies and taken some measures according to the specific situation of Chongqing.The vocational education in Chongqing has developed rapidly under the difficult circumstances of wartime.In the second part of the text, the author makes a brief analysis of the changes in the number of vocational education in Chongqing during the War of Resistance against Japan, the curriculum and school management, the enrollment of schools and the employment of students, the training and treatment of teachers in vocational schools, and so on.The third part of the text discusses the historical experience and existing problems of vocational education in Chongqing during the War of Resistance against Japan, and emphatically points out the existing problems, such as education funds.The disconnection between curriculum and social practice is briefly discussed.
