【摘要】：馬克思主義將實現(xiàn)土地公有制作為無產階級政黨的歷史使命,在蘇聯(lián)的示范作用下,中國共產黨自誕生之日起便以實現(xiàn)生產資料公有制為奮斗目標,開始了理論與實踐的探索。從1927年到1931年,中國共產黨探索從減租減稅到沒收一切土地歸國家所有的轉變,從而實現(xiàn)耕者有其田的目標。這一土地政策的實踐,極大地提升了中農和貧雇農的經濟地位,從而激發(fā)了他們以各種形式支持并參與到中國共產黨所領導的革命與政權中來�？偟恼f來,農民對土地政策的認同是一個逐步完善的過程。
[Abstract]:Marxism regards the realization of land public ownership as the historical mission of the proletarian party. Under the exemplary role of the Soviet Union, the Communist Party of China began to explore the theory and practice with the goal of realizing the public ownership of the means of production since its birth.From 1927 to 1931, the Communist Party of China explored the transition from rent reduction and tax reduction to confiscation of all land owned by the state, thus realizing the goal of the tiller owning his land.The practice of this land policy has greatly promoted the economic status of the middle peasants and the poor and employed peasants, thus motivating them to support and participate in the revolution and political power led by the Communist Party of China in various forms.Generally speaking, the farmers' identification with the land policy is a gradual process of perfection.
