【摘要】：馬克思主義將實(shí)現(xiàn)土地公有制作為無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨的歷史使命,在蘇聯(lián)的示范作用下,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨自誕生之日起便以實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)資料公有制為奮斗目標(biāo),開(kāi)始了理論與實(shí)踐的探索。從1927年到1931年,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨探索從減租減稅到?jīng)]收一切土地歸國(guó)家所有的轉(zhuǎn)變,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)耕者有其田的目標(biāo)。這一土地政策的實(shí)踐,極大地提升了中農(nóng)和貧雇農(nóng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)地位,從而激發(fā)了他們以各種形式支持并參與到中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的革命與政權(quán)中來(lái)�？偟恼f(shuō)來(lái),農(nóng)民對(duì)土地政策的認(rèn)同是一個(gè)逐步完善的過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:Marxism regards the realization of land public ownership as the historical mission of the proletarian party. Under the exemplary role of the Soviet Union, the Communist Party of China began to explore the theory and practice with the goal of realizing the public ownership of the means of production since its birth.From 1927 to 1931, the Communist Party of China explored the transition from rent reduction and tax reduction to confiscation of all land owned by the state, thus realizing the goal of the tiller owning his land.The practice of this land policy has greatly promoted the economic status of the middle peasants and the poor and employed peasants, thus motivating them to support and participate in the revolution and political power led by the Communist Party of China in various forms.Generally speaking, the farmers' identification with the land policy is a gradual process of perfection.
