【摘要】：《9.18》事變后,日本勢(shì)力進(jìn)入中國(guó)東北地區(qū)后半年的時(shí)間里建立了偽滿洲國(guó)政府,然后建立了興安四省。日本侵略者為了把這里的蒙古人融入到偽滿洲國(guó)的不可分離的一部分而付出了很多努力。那些實(shí)施策略當(dāng)中的一種手段是他們針對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古東部地區(qū)的文化落后和醫(yī)療事業(yè)不發(fā)達(dá)的狀況而付出了人力和物力加強(qiáng)了醫(yī)療事業(yè)、設(shè)備、醫(yī)務(wù)人員、建立醫(yī)學(xué)院校、診所等機(jī)構(gòu)。以及滿洲國(guó)醫(yī)科大學(xué)學(xué)生展開(kāi)了十五次巡回醫(yī)療班,他們主要給東蒙古地區(qū)的蒙古人分給藥品和診療患者。日本侵略者通過(guò)這些手段深入蒙古牧民當(dāng)中,搜集情報(bào),調(diào)查東蒙古地區(qū)的自然資源和實(shí)際地形等。本論文由前言、正文、總結(jié)、參考書(shū)目、附錄、結(jié)語(yǔ)組成。第一章主要論述偽滿洲國(guó)建立以及當(dāng)時(shí)的東蒙古地區(qū)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生概況和偽滿洲國(guó)建立后的行政變革。第二章主要論述了偽滿洲國(guó)實(shí)施的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生政策和具體措施。第三章主要論述了醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生政策實(shí)施后對(duì)東蒙古地區(qū)的影響和意義。附錄當(dāng)中插入了在《青旗》報(bào)和滿洲國(guó)醫(yī)科大學(xué)巡回醫(yī)療調(diào)查報(bào)告里頭的相關(guān)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生方面的內(nèi)容和圖片。
[Abstract]:After the incident, the Japanese forces established the pseudo-Manchukuo government within half a year after entering northeast China, and then established the four provinces of Xingan.The Japanese aggressors made a lot of efforts to integrate the Mongols here into an inseparable part of the puppet Manchukuo.One of the means of implementing these strategies is that they have paid manpower and material resources to strengthen medical services, equipment, medical personnel, and establish medical colleges and universities in view of the cultural backwardness and underdevelopment of medical services in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia.A clinic, etc.And the students of Manzhouguo Medical University held 15 itinerant medical classes, mainly to the Mongolians in East Mongolia.By these means, the Japanese invaders went deep into the Mongolian herdsmen to collect information and investigate the natural resources and the actual terrain in East Mongolia.This thesis consists of preface, text, summary, bibliography, appendix and conclusion.The first chapter mainly discusses the establishment of pseudo-Manchukuo and the medical and health situation of East Mongolia at that time and the administrative changes after the establishment of pseudo-Manchukuo.The second chapter mainly discusses the medical and health policy and specific measures implemented in pseudo-Manchukuo.The third chapter mainly discusses the influence and significance of medical and health policy on East Mongolia.In the appendix, the contents and pictures of the related medical and health aspects in the "Green Banner" newspaper and the report of the itinerant Medical Survey of Manzhouguo Medical University are inserted in the appendix.
