【摘要】：黨營(yíng)事業(yè)是由國(guó)民黨投資、為國(guó)民黨所管控和利用的事業(yè)類型。黨營(yíng)文化事業(yè)與黨營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)事業(yè)是黨營(yíng)事業(yè)的一體兩面,共同組成國(guó)民黨龐大的黨營(yíng)事業(yè)體系。前者是以宣傳黨義,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和控制輿論為主要任務(wù)的國(guó)民黨文宣機(jī)構(gòu)的所屬事業(yè),包括新聞報(bào)刊事業(yè)、出版印刷事業(yè)、電影廣播通訊事業(yè)等。后者是抗戰(zhàn)勝利后,國(guó)民黨創(chuàng)設(shè)的盈利性經(jīng)濟(jì)企業(yè)。它以合法取得盈余充作黨務(wù)經(jīng)費(fèi)而實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)養(yǎng)黨為宗旨,大致可分為工廠實(shí)業(yè)、金融事業(yè)和商貿(mào)運(yùn)銷事業(yè)三類。二者在籌辦的歷史背景、規(guī)模體系、所擔(dān)負(fù)的政治使命與管理體制等方面存在諸多分際。國(guó)民黨創(chuàng)立黨營(yíng)事業(yè)的根本目的,在于實(shí)現(xiàn)與有效維護(hù)國(guó)民黨的政治統(tǒng)治。但規(guī)模龐大的黨營(yíng)事業(yè)體系未能挽國(guó)民黨于大廈將傾,并最終隨同國(guó)民黨政權(quán)在大陸的覆滅而幻化成歷史的云煙。
[Abstract]:Party-run enterprise is a kind of enterprise invested by KMT and controlled and utilized by KMT.The party-run cultural cause and the party-run economic undertaking are two sides of the party-run enterprise, and together form the KMT's huge party-run enterprise system.The former is the main task of the Kuomintang propaganda organization, which is to propagate the Party's righteousness and to lead and control public opinion, including the journalism, the publishing and printing, the film broadcasting and communication, and so on.The latter was a profitable economic enterprise founded by the Kuomintang after the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan.It can be divided into three categories: factory industry, financial enterprise and business transportation and marketing enterprise.There are many differences in the historical background, scale system, political mission and management system.The fundamental purpose of the KMT is to realize and maintain the political rule of KMT effectively.However, the huge party-run business system failed to pull the Kuomintang into a grand building and eventually became a historical cloud with the collapse of the Kuomintang regime in the mainland.
