【摘要】：滬杭甬鐵路是近代中國(guó)最為重要、最有價(jià)值的鐵路之一,它是晚清最長(zhǎng)的一條民間集資修筑的鐵路,在全國(guó)所有的商辦鐵路中,修建里程最長(zhǎng),工程費(fèi)用最低,質(zhì)量最好,建設(shè)速度最快。民國(guó)初年,在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)等因素影響下,滬杭甬鐵路經(jīng)歷了從商辦鐵路向國(guó)有鐵路的轉(zhuǎn)變。在收歸國(guó)有后,滬杭甬鐵路的運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況得到迅速發(fā)展,客運(yùn)收入更是占營(yíng)業(yè)總收入最大比例,從而證明出滬杭甬鐵路是以經(jīng)營(yíng)客運(yùn)為主要業(yè)務(wù)。在管理上,滬杭甬鐵路管理局總工程師等重要管理人員由英國(guó)人擔(dān)任,與商辦時(shí)期蘇省和浙省鐵路公司的管理相比,利權(quán)旁落。滬杭甬鐵路對(duì)沿線江浙地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化等方面產(chǎn)生重大影響。首先,促進(jìn)了沿線浙江地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,推進(jìn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的商品化進(jìn)程,為工業(yè)和商業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了便利的交通。其次,促進(jìn)長(zhǎng)江三角洲的人口流動(dòng),加快了沿線地區(qū)城市化的進(jìn)程,使其近代化程度不斷加深。最后,鐵路的建成,不僅推動(dòng)了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,還在潛移默化間影響著人們社會(huì)生活方式的改變,豐富人們的文化生活。雖然滬杭甬鐵路的通車,取得了很好的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,但同時(shí)也帶來了一些交通問題和犯罪問題,對(duì)此滬杭甬路局也采取相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Railway is one of the most important and valuable railways in modern China. It is the longest privately funded railway in the late Qing Dynasty. Of all the commercial railways in the country, the mileage is the longest, the project cost is the lowest and the quality is the best.The speed of construction is the fastest.In the early years of the Republic of China, under the influence of politics, economy and other factors, the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo railway experienced a transition from commercial railway to state-owned railway.After being nationalized, the operating condition of the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Railway has been developed rapidly, and the passenger transport revenue is the largest proportion of the total operating income, which proves that the main business of the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Railway is to manage the passenger transport.In terms of management, the chief engineer of the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Railway Administration Bureau and other important management personnel are British, compared with the management of Jiangsu and Zhejiang Railway companies in the period of commercial operation, interest and power have fallen off.The Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo railway has a great influence on the economy, society and culture of Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas along the line.Firstly, it promotes the economic development of Zhejiang area along the line, promotes the commercialization process of agricultural products, and provides convenient transportation for the development of industry and commerce.Secondly, it promotes the population flow in the Yangtze River Delta, speeds up the urbanization along the Yangtze River Delta, and deepens the modernization of the Yangtze River Delta.Finally, the construction of railway not only promoted economic development, but also influenced the change of people's social life style and enriched people's cultural life.Although the opening of the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo railway has achieved good social and economic benefits, it has also brought some traffic problems and criminal problems, and the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Railway Bureau has also taken corresponding countermeasures.
