【摘要】：1894年甲午戰(zhàn)敗,不僅標志著洋務(wù)運動的徹底失敗,進而確認了鴉片戰(zhàn)爭之后清政府對"體—用"關(guān)系認知指導思想的破產(chǎn),也對戰(zhàn)后東亞乃至整個世界格局造成了深遠的影響,這種影響甚至延續(xù)至今。今年是甲午戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)120周年,"往者不可諫,來者猶可追",史鑒的功能也正在于此。習主席在第十二屆全國人大一次會議解放軍代表團全體會議上指出:"能戰(zhàn)方能止戰(zhàn),準備打才可能不必打,越不能打越可能挨打,這就是戰(zhàn)爭與和平的辯證法。"在甲午戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)120周年之際,認真反思甲午戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)及戰(zhàn)敗之原因,對理解這一戰(zhàn)爭與和平的辯證法意義尤殊。本欄約請相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學者從不同角度就甲午戰(zhàn)爭及與之相關(guān)的問題發(fā)表見解,以期引起讀者的關(guān)注與共鳴。
[Abstract]:The defeat in 1894 not only marked the complete failure of the Westernization Movement, but also confirmed the collapse of the Qing government's cognitive guiding ideology of "body-use" relations after the Opium War. It also had a profound impact on the post-war East Asia and even the entire world pattern.This effect even continues to this day.This year marks the 120th anniversary of the outbreak of the Sino-Japanese War.At the plenary meeting of the PLA delegation of the first session of the 12th National people's Congress, Chairman Xi said: "the more we can fight, the more likely we are to be beaten. This is the dialectic of war and peace."On the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the outbreak of the Sino-Japanese War, the causes of the outbreak of the Sino-Japanese War and its defeat are seriously reflected, which is of great significance to the understanding of the dialectical significance of this war and peace.This column invites scholars in related fields to express their opinions on the Sino-Japanese War of Japan and related issues from different angles in order to attract readers' attention and resonance.
