【摘要】：傳染病的發(fā)生或流行不僅給生命個(gè)體帶來了巨大的恐懼和痛苦，而且也給社會(huì)的發(fā)展造成種種障礙和災(zāi)難。傳染病對(duì)近代青島的影響亦如此。近代青島各種傳染病尤其是霍亂、傷寒、痢疾等的爆發(fā)和流行曾給青島造成了巨大的傷害。它不僅嚴(yán)重威脅著民眾的生命和健康，帶來社會(huì)混亂，還嚴(yán)重阻礙著政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的發(fā)展。1898-1949年，青島分別經(jīng)歷了德、日殖民者的統(tǒng)治和奴役，北洋政府接管、國民政府第一次統(tǒng)治，，日本第二次侵占及國民政府第二次統(tǒng)治，政權(quán)更迭交替，政局動(dòng)蕩。在這樣的社會(huì)大背景下，歷代當(dāng)局均對(duì)傳染病的預(yù)防與控制均做了各自的努力，既有相互繼承也有獨(dú)自的創(chuàng)新。目前，傳染病的發(fā)生或流行不再單純是一個(gè)自然問題，更越發(fā)的成為我們都必須面對(duì)的復(fù)雜的社會(huì)問題。傳染病的發(fā)生或流行，不僅受自然環(huán)境因素的影響，同時(shí)又受人口密度、公共衛(wèi)生、交通、戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)等社會(huì)因素的影響。本文依據(jù)各種資料，通過對(duì)1898-1949年青島傳染病的初步研究，探討這一多變歷史環(huán)境下傳染病發(fā)生或流行的原因，以及疫情發(fā)生后，歷代當(dāng)局所采取的防疫措施，從而為未來傳染病的防控工作提供有益的借鑒。 本文共分五章。在緒論章節(jié)中主要介紹了本文的研究目的，學(xué)術(shù)上對(duì)疾病史的研究概況及對(duì)文章中論及的傳染病的概念和研究時(shí)段進(jìn)行了界定。展現(xiàn)了傳染病研究的進(jìn)展情況，明確了研究對(duì)象，時(shí)段等基本要素。第一章主要介紹了青島傳染病的疫情概覽，對(duì)近代青島發(fā)生或流行的主要傳染病做了簡(jiǎn)單的梳理，再現(xiàn)了歷史上青島傳染病發(fā)生的情景并總結(jié)了近代青島傳染病發(fā)生或流行的主要特點(diǎn)；第二章主要從自然環(huán)境和社會(huì)環(huán)境兩大方面分析了誘發(fā)傳染病的主要致疫因素；第三章詳細(xì)敘述了近代青島歷屆政府對(duì)傳染病的預(yù)防和控制措施；第四章則對(duì)近代青島對(duì)傳染病預(yù)防與控制的影響進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的評(píng)價(jià)。1898—1949年青島傳染病的防控研究所涉及的內(nèi)容主要是政府對(duì)疫情出現(xiàn)后的應(yīng)對(duì)機(jī)制，這無疑對(duì)未來疾病的預(yù)防與應(yīng)對(duì)有著重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The occurrence or prevalence of infectious diseases not only brings great fear and pain to individuals, but also causes various obstacles and disasters to the development of society.The influence of infectious diseases on modern Qingdao is the same.The outbreaks and epidemics of various infectious diseases, especially cholera, typhoid and dysentery, have caused great harm to Qingdao.It not only seriously threatened the lives and health of the people, brought social chaos, but also seriously hindered the development of politics, economy and culture. From 1898-1949, Qingdao went through the rule and enslavement of German and Japanese colonists, and the Beiyang government took over.The first rule of the national government, the second occupation of Japan and the second rule of the national government, regime change alternately, political instability.In such a social background, the authorities of all dynasties have made their own efforts in the prevention and control of infectious diseases, both inheriting each other and innovating independently.At present, the occurrence or prevalence of infectious diseases is not only a natural problem, but also a complex social problem that we must face.The occurrence or prevalence of infectious diseases is affected not only by natural environment factors, but also by social factors such as population density, public health, transportation, war and so on.On the basis of various data, this paper discusses the causes of the occurrence or prevalence of infectious diseases in this changeable historical environment, and the preventive measures taken by the authorities of successive dynasties after the outbreak of the epidemic, through a preliminary study of the infectious diseases in Qingdao from 1898-1949.So as to provide useful reference for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the future.This paper is divided into five chapters.In the introduction chapter, the purpose of this paper is introduced, the general situation of the research on the history of disease and the definition of the concept and period of the infectious disease discussed in the article are also given.It shows the progress of infectious disease research, and clarifies the basic factors, such as object, period and so on.The first chapter mainly introduces the epidemic situation of infectious diseases in Qingdao, and briefly combs the main infectious diseases occurring or prevalent in Qingdao in modern times.This paper reproduces the historical scene of the occurrence of infectious diseases in Qingdao and summarizes the main characteristics of the occurrence or prevalence of infectious diseases in modern Qingdao. The second chapter analyzes the main epidemic factors of infectious diseases from two aspects: natural environment and social environment.The third chapter describes the measures of prevention and control of infectious diseases by the successive governments of Qingdao in modern times.The fourth chapter briefly evaluates the influence of modern Qingdao on the prevention and control of infectious diseases. From 1898-1949, the contents of the study on prevention and control of infectious diseases in Qingdao are mainly the government's coping mechanism after the outbreak of the epidemic.This undoubtedly has the important reference significance to the future disease prevention and the response.
