【摘要】：過渡時(shí)期中國共產(chǎn)黨思想政治工作是指從1949年至1956年中國共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)黨員、知識(shí)分子、解放軍、工人、農(nóng)民、資本主義工商業(yè)者等不同階層實(shí)施的教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。中國共產(chǎn)黨教育改造資本主義工商業(yè)者是過渡時(shí)期黨的思想政治工作的重要部分。本文側(cè)重分析黨如何開展對(duì)資本主義工商業(yè)者的教育改造工作,總結(jié)黨的思想政治工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 本文共分為五部分,第一部分闡述黨對(duì)資本主義工商業(yè)者教育改造的背景。過渡時(shí)期經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治領(lǐng)域的活動(dòng)如調(diào)整工商業(yè)、三大政治運(yùn)動(dòng)、五反運(yùn)動(dòng)及公私合營是黨教育改造資本主義工商業(yè)者的現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。教育改造工作以馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東思想為理論指導(dǎo)。黨制定了利用、限制和改造資本主義工商業(yè)的政策；團(tuán)結(jié)、教育、改造資本主義工商業(yè)者的政策；通過國家資本主義改造資本主義工商業(yè)的政策,這些是黨教育改造資本主義工商業(yè)者的政策依據(jù)。第二部分探討黨對(duì)資本主義工商業(yè)者教育改造的內(nèi)容。以五反運(yùn)動(dòng)和過渡時(shí)期總路線提出的時(shí)間為界將過渡時(shí)期劃分為三個(gè)階段,分別說明以“愛國守法”、“五反”原則和“總路線”為主的教育內(nèi)容。第三部分闡述黨教育改造資本主義工商業(yè)者的方法,即說服教育、宣傳教育、典型教育和實(shí)踐教育等。第四部分總結(jié)黨教育改造資本主義工商業(yè)者的成果,大部分資本主義工商業(yè)者思想上接受黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并認(rèn)清社會(huì)主義前途；行動(dòng)上積極地為社會(huì)主義建設(shè)做貢獻(xiàn)。第五部分分析黨教育改造資本主義工商業(yè)者的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、不足和對(duì)黨教育引導(dǎo)中國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者的啟示。黨注重把解決思想問題與實(shí)際問題結(jié)合起來,通過工商聯(lián)、婦聯(lián)等組織發(fā)揮統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的作用。黨教育改造資本主義工商業(yè)者也有一些不足,如埋沒了一些善經(jīng)營懂技術(shù)的人才,部分干部在工作中存在寧“左”勿右傾向。這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)與不足為新時(shí)期黨引導(dǎo)社會(huì)階層人士提供了啟示,黨要通過工商聯(lián)各級(jí)組織培養(yǎng)新的社會(huì)階層代表人士,鼓勵(lì)新的社會(huì)階層人士為社會(huì)發(fā)展做貢獻(xiàn),引導(dǎo)新的社會(huì)階層人士樹立中國特色社會(huì)主義共同理想。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political work of the Communist Party of China during the transitional period refers to the educational and practical activities carried out by the Communist Party of China from 1949 to 1956 to members of the Communist Party of China, intellectuals, people's Liberation Army, workers, peasants, capitalist industrialists and businessmen, and so on.It is an important part of the ideological and political work of the transitional period for the Communist Party of China to educate and transform capitalist industrialists and businessmen.This paper focuses on how to carry out the education and reform of capitalist industrialists and businessmen, and sums up the experience of the Party's ideological and political work.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part expounds the background of the Party's reform of capitalist industry and commerce.The economic and political activities in the transitional period, such as the readjustment of industry and commerce, the three major political movements, the five anti-movement and the public-private joint venture, are the realistic basis of the Party's education and reform of capitalist industrialists and businessmen.Education reform is guided by Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong's thought.The Party has formulated a policy of utilizing, restricting and reforming capitalist industry and commerce; a policy of uniting, educating and reforming capitalist industrialists and businessmen; and a policy of transforming capitalist industry and commerce through state capitalism.These are the policy basis of the Party's education and reform of capitalist industrialists and businessmen.The second part discusses the content of the Party's education and reform of capitalist industrialists and businessmen.The transition period is divided into three stages according to the time proposed by the five anti-movement and the general route of the transition period, which respectively explains the educational contents which are mainly based on the principles of "patriotic law-abiding", "five anti-movement" and "general line".The third part expounds the methods of the Party's education and transformation of capitalist industrialists and businessmen, that is, persuasion education, propaganda education, typical education and practical education.The fourth part summarizes the achievements of the Party's education and reform of capitalist industrialists and businessmen, most of them accept the Party's leadership and recognize the future of socialism ideologically, and actively contribute to socialist construction in action.The fifth part analyzes the experience of the Party's education and reform of capitalist industrialists and businessmen, and the enlightenment to the Party's education to guide the constructors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The Party pays attention to solving ideological problems with practical problems and exerts the role of the United front through organizations such as the Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Women's Federation.The Party's education and reform of capitalist industrialists and businessmen also have some shortcomings, such as burying some skilled personnel who are good at management, and some cadres have a tendency to prefer "left" to right in their work.These experiences and shortcomings have provided enlightenment to the party in guiding the social strata in the new period. The party should train the representatives of the new social strata through the organizations of the Federation of Industry and Commerce at all levels, and encourage the new social strata to make contributions to social development.Guiding the new social strata to establish the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
