國民政府時(shí)期大學(xué)區(qū)制在浙江的試行

【摘要】:北伐勝利,國民政府建都南京,政治重心的南移要求學(xué)術(shù)文化重心的重建,一系列中山大學(xué)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。隨著教育獨(dú)立思潮的高漲,一場以法國大學(xué)區(qū)制為藍(lán)本的、旨在倡導(dǎo)“教育學(xué)術(shù)化”、“學(xué)術(shù)研究化”的改革開始在江蘇、浙江、北平試行。但是,作為“舶來品”的西方教育制度進(jìn)入中土后面臨場域困境,試行兩年即行廢止,實(shí)乃“曇花一現(xiàn)”,但這一改革在中國近代教育改革中的意義是不能低估的。 本文以浙江大學(xué)區(qū)為個(gè)案,全面梳理大學(xué)區(qū)制在浙江的試行的史事,分析了大學(xué)區(qū)制的理念內(nèi)涵及制度特色在浙江實(shí)踐及對浙江教育的影響,并將浙江大學(xué)區(qū)與江蘇、北京等試行區(qū)做了比較。筆者認(rèn)為,浙江大學(xué)區(qū)之所以試行較為順利,既有傳統(tǒng)因素,又與政治變動(dòng)下高校與政府的良性互動(dòng),浙江大學(xué)區(qū)內(nèi)知識精英群體努力,以及校長治校理念,在政界、學(xué)界的人脈網(wǎng)絡(luò)因素有關(guān)。它彰顯了國民政府初建時(shí)期政治與教育微妙而復(fù)雜的關(guān)系,也從另外一個(gè)角度昭示了大學(xué)區(qū)制在中國的不可行性。但是,浙江卻借此制贏得了教育的發(fā)展空間,其在教育領(lǐng)域所做的努力給近代教育改革留下深刻的啟示。
[Abstract]:The victory of the Northern Expedition, the establishment of Nanjing by the National Government, the southward shift of the political center of gravity required the reconstruction of the center of academic and cultural gravity, and a series of Sun Yat-sen universities emerged as the times require. The reform aimed at advocating "educational academization" and "academic research" began to be tried out in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Peiping. However, the western education system, as an "imported product", faced with difficulties in the field after entering China, and was abolished after two years of trial. In fact, it is a flash in the pan, but the significance of this reform in modern education reform in China can not be underestimated. Taking Zhejiang University District as an example, this paper comprehensively combs the history of the trial of the university district system in Zhejiang, analyzes the concept connotation and system characteristics of the university district system in Zhejiang Province and its influence on Zhejiang education, and combines the Zhejiang University area with Jiangsu Province. The author thinks that the trial of Zhejiang University District is not only due to the traditional factors, but also to the positive interaction between the university and the government under the political changes, and the efforts of the intellectual elite group in Zhejiang University area. And the idea of the principal governing the school, which is related to the network of people in the political circles and academic circles. It shows the subtle and complex relationship between politics and education during the initial period of the National Government. It also shows the infeasibility of the university district system in China from another angle. However, Zhejiang has gained the development space of education by this system, and its efforts in the field of education have left profound enlightenment to the modern education reform.
