【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)時期是民國以來甘肅農(nóng)業(yè)改良與推廣最好的時期。各種農(nóng)業(yè)改良與推廣機構普遍建立起來,形成了以省農(nóng)業(yè)改進所為中心,農(nóng)林部和中央農(nóng)產(chǎn)促進委員會督導、省農(nóng)業(yè)推廣委員會領導和縣農(nóng)業(yè)推廣所(中心)具體負責,由農(nóng)會和合作社與農(nóng)家相聯(lián)系,比較縝密的農(nóng)業(yè)改良與推廣系統(tǒng)。農(nóng)業(yè)改良與推廣的內(nèi)容繁雜,主要在小麥、棉花的試驗與推廣,砂田的改良,農(nóng)作物病蟲害的防治和肥料的試驗等方面做了一些工作。農(nóng)業(yè)改良時間短、經(jīng)費投入不足、農(nóng)民農(nóng)業(yè)技術知識不足是造成農(nóng)業(yè)改良與推廣績效存在不足的主要原因。
[Abstract]:The period of Anti-Japanese War was the best period for agricultural improvement and extension in Gansu since the Republic of China. A variety of agricultural improvement and extension organizations were generally established, forming a provincial agricultural improvement center, supervision by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Central Committee for the Promotion of Agricultural products. The leadership of the provincial agricultural extension committee and the county agricultural extension institutes (centers) are specifically responsible for linking farmers' associations and cooperatives with farmers' families, and have a more meticulous agricultural improvement and extension system. The contents of agricultural improvement and extension are complicated, mainly in wheat. The experiment and popularization of cotton, the improvement of sand field, the control of crop diseases and insect pests and the experiment of fertilizer have been done. The lack of agricultural technical knowledge is the main reason for the deficiency of agricultural improvement and extension performance.
