【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的西北大學(xué)地處陜南城固縣,日軍鞭長(zhǎng)莫及,首任校長(zhǎng)胡庶華面對(duì)的主要威脅不是戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng),而是大學(xué)原有權(quán)力格局的挑戰(zhàn)。面對(duì)復(fù)雜的局面,毫無(wú)"群眾"基礎(chǔ)的胡庶華周旋于國(guó)民黨各派系、三青團(tuán)、中共等各種政治力量之間,一面通過(guò)大力扶持三青團(tuán)、爭(zhēng)取國(guó)民黨中的非CC系力量和示好中共及其外圍組織等措施,爭(zhēng)取已有"群眾";一面調(diào)來(lái)鄉(xiāng)黨、舊部、學(xué)生,擴(kuò)大"群眾"基礎(chǔ)。在著手建立自己的"群眾"基礎(chǔ)的同時(shí),胡庶華也盡力爭(zhēng)取陳立夫、朱家驊等黨國(guó)要員的支持。胡庶華以政治家的手段推行校政,努力兩年,最終還是被西北大學(xué)舊人依托國(guó)民黨CC系力量控制的區(qū)黨部擠出學(xué)校。校緣與黨派力量的結(jié)合成為左右西大校政走向的關(guān)鍵因素,區(qū)黨部淪為爭(zhēng)奪校政控制權(quán)的工具。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, the Northwest University was located in Chenggu County in southern Shaanxi, and the Japanese army was beyond its reach. The main threat facing Hu Shuhua, the first president, was not the war, but the challenge of the original power structure of the university. Hu Hua, who has no "mass" foundation, has to deal with various political forces such as the Kuomintang factions, the three Youth League, the Chinese Communist Party, and so on. On the one hand, by vigorously supporting the three Youth League, he can win over the non-CC forces in the KMT and make a good show of the CPC and its peripheral organizations, and so on. While striving for the "masses" already in place; on the one hand, the local party, the old ministries and students, and expanding the "mass" base, Hu Shuhua tried his best to win over Chen Lifu as he set about establishing his own "mass" foundation. The support of Zhu Jiahua and other party and state dignitaries. Hu Shuhua carried out school administration by means of politicians and worked hard for two years. In the end, the old people of Northwestern University squeezed out the district party department controlled by the Kuomintang CC department. The combination of the school fate and the party power became the key factor to influence the trend of the western university administration, and the district party department became the tool for fighting for the control of the school administration.
