【摘要】：1937年7月中日全面戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)爆發(fā)后,為了因應(yīng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的需要,國(guó)民政府行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)架構(gòu)有所調(diào)整,孔祥熙于1938年1月出任行政院長(zhǎng)。然不旋踵間,1939年11月,孔祥熙又辭任行政院長(zhǎng),在這個(gè)崗位待了不到2年的時(shí)間�？紫槲醯木腿魏娃o任,反映出抗戰(zhàn)初期國(guó)民黨、國(guó)民政府及其領(lǐng)袖蔣介石對(duì)于這場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的因應(yīng)得失,并暴露出國(guó)民黨施政的諸般問題。雖然蔣介石明知孔祥熙為政的弱點(diǎn)及外界的反應(yīng),但因?yàn)榭字犜捄蛡�(gè)人情感等因素,對(duì)孔長(zhǎng)期信任和重用,結(jié)果引致不少負(fù)面影響,對(duì)國(guó)民黨長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)固執(zhí)政非但沒有助益,反而逐漸成為負(fù)擔(dān)。國(guó)民黨在抗戰(zhàn)期間的政治弊端叢生,社會(huì)紛擾不已,以至而有戰(zhàn)后的迅速失敗,追根尋源,與蔣介石的施政不當(dāng),任用親近私人,不能嚴(yán)控下屬,都有這樣那樣的關(guān)聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:After the full-scale war between China and Japan broke out in July 1937, in order to meet the needs of the war, the administrative leadership structure of the National Government was adjusted. Kong Xiangxi became Premier in January 1938. However, in November 1939, Kong Xiangxi resigned as Premier again. After less than two years in this post, Kong Xiangxi's appointment and resignation reflected the success or failure of the Kuomintang, the National Government and its leader Jiang Jieshi in the early days of the War of Resistance against Japan. It also exposed various problems in KMT administration. Although Jiang Jieshi knew well of the weaknesses of Kong Xiangxi's administration and the reaction of the outside world, however, due to such factors as Kong's obedience and personal feelings, he was trusted and reused for a long time, resulting in a lot of negative effects. Not only did it not help the KMT to be in power steadily for a long time, but it gradually became a burden. During the War of Resistance against Japan, the Kuomintang suffered numerous political abuses and social disturbances, and even suffered rapid post-war failures, sought its roots and improperly managed Jiang Jieshi. Appointment close to personal, not strict control of subordinates, have one kind of connection.
