【摘要】：五四前后,時人關(guān)注的重要政治焦點問題,就是軍閥政治這一現(xiàn)實問題,因為軍閥問題,已成為困擾那個時代發(fā)展的重要難題。在時人看來,軍閥問題的表現(xiàn),一是軍閥干政弄權(quán)之亂導致國家綱紀、政治道德敗壞;二是軍閥各割據(jù)一方為霸導致中央與地方關(guān)系失衡;三是軍閥內(nèi)爭、兵變之禍"甚于匪禍";四是軍閥"率獸食人"陷民生于絕境。根據(jù)這種觀察,當時的思想界得出了對軍閥的否定性認知結(jié)論。時人謂軍閥"是一個不好的東西",就是雖顯樸實卻頗具典型意味的結(jié)論。即使在今天看來,五四前后時人對軍閥的認識雖不無形容和夸張的成分,但基本上是符合事實的。
[Abstract]:Before and after the May 4th Movement, the important political focus of people's attention was the realistic issue of warlord politics, because the warlord issue had become an important problem besetting the development of that era. In the eyes of the people of the time, the warlord problem was manifested. The first is that the chaos of the warlords' intervention in power has led to the state discipline and the deterioration of political morality; the second is that the warlords' separate rule of one side leads to the imbalance between the central and local relations; and the third is the internal war among the warlords. The scourge of mutiny is "worse than the scourge of banditry"; fourth, warlords are trapped in the livelihood of the people's livelihood by "telling beasts and cannibals". According to this observation, The ideological circle at that time came to the conclusion of negative cognition of warlords. When people called warlords "a bad thing", that was a conclusion that was simple but typical. Even in today's view, Although the understanding of warlords around the May 4th Movement was not without description and exaggeration, it was basically in line with the facts.
