【摘要】：論文考察分析了抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期經(jīng)日偽授意下在北京組建的"華僑協(xié)會(huì)"籌備與建立的過(guò)程、組織機(jī)構(gòu)與人事演變、主要職能與具體活動(dòng),以及"華僑協(xié)會(huì)"出版物《僑聲》月刊與"華僑協(xié)會(huì)"涉僑宣傳的內(nèi)容。論文認(rèn)為在日本占領(lǐng)的華北地區(qū)成立的北京"華僑協(xié)會(huì)",是依附在日本殖民統(tǒng)治和偽政權(quán)羽翼下的僑務(wù)團(tuán)體,其大力擁護(hù)汪精衛(wèi)的"和平運(yùn)動(dòng)",鼓吹親日賣(mài)國(guó)政策,攻擊重慶國(guó)民政府及英美盟國(guó),分化海外僑胞,吸引海外僑胞投資華北,美化偽政權(quán)及日本殖民統(tǒng)治。"華僑協(xié)會(huì)"組織活動(dòng)達(dá)數(shù)年之久,對(duì)中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)及海外華僑社會(huì)產(chǎn)生了一定影響,同時(shí)也因其反動(dòng)本質(zhì)在歷史上留下了恥辱的一頁(yè)。
[Abstract]:The paper investigates and analyzes the preparation and establishment process, the evolution of organization and personnel, the main functions and specific activities of the overseas Chinese Association set up in Beijing under the instruction of Japanese pseudo-Japanese during the War of Resistance against Japan. And the contents of the monthly publication of the overseas Chinese Association "overseas Chinese Voice" and the propaganda of the overseas Chinese involved in the "overseas Chinese Association". The paper holds that the Beijing "overseas Chinese Association" established in the Japanese-occupied North China region is dependent on Japanese colonial rule and pseudo-government. The overseas Chinese Affairs Group under the Wing of the Authority, It strongly supported Wang Jingwei's "peace movement", advocated pro-Japan traitorous policies, attacked the Chongqing National Government and its British and American allies, divided overseas Chinese, and attracted overseas Chinese to invest in North China. To beautify the puppet regime and Japanese colonial rule, the "overseas Chinese Association" has organized activities for several years, which has had a certain impact on the Chinese domestic and overseas Chinese society, and has also left a humiliating page in history because of its reactionary nature.
